TMI Girly ouch!!!! TMI

Without the gruesome details.... Im in pain in a verry sensitive area. I had to call my OBGYN, explain it to him over the phone. He said it sounds like a boil!!! gross right? My cycle started today as well, Im not sure if its related but Its large enough and in the exact spot to be irratated by both the tampon or a pad. Im misserable!!!! I will meet him at the office at 730 in the am for him to drain it1!!! . Im in pain can get comfy. Everytime I try to close my legs its pressure. I hate it. Elsa

Elsa, If you can get into and out of the bathtub try a hot bath. Sometimes that will make the boil drain. I feel your pain sistergirl Regards and hugs, Ronna

Thanks, Ive never had anything like this. Its not fun. Im about to try the tub. I had to call him first, I was affraid it might upset it but he said its worth a shot. Elsa

I've had something like that before but not in that general area...more on the outer area...TMI ...sorry! Anywho, just do your best to soak in the tub, that does work to alleviate the pain. When you go to sleep tonite, sleep with a pillow between your legs so you keep them apart and allow it to have some space. I hope you get to feeling better soon... Kelli

Aww Elsa, I'm sorry about the pain your having. Boil's are horrible. I had one once and the only thing that helped was a warm bath. I hope your Doc. can help you out tomorrow so you can feel better. I hope your able to sleep well Kay

Could this be a clogged/occluded Bartholin's Gland? (you could do a search online) BTDT and it wasn't at all fun. I hope you get some relief soon, Elsa! Chele
