What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?

Good afternoon Kay. Here's what I'm eating today:
B: Jimmy Dean Breakfast skillet w/ egg
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: Tuna Salad
S: nuts
D: Grilled steak & 2 asparagus spears
Vitamins: done
Water: 60 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: none yet - will try to ride bike
I had to work for a couple of hours at my office to clear up some folders on my desk. I had to buy a new microwave/ventahood for my husband and son to install. I also had to run my shih tzu to the groomers and still have to go get him. Tonight, we are going to my sister's house to pop fire works. We just bought our share coming home from dropping off the dog. $82 for a few minutes of fun. Oh well, they'll look really great, and my son, me, and my husband all threw money in the pot to pay for them.

I haven't had much of an appetite the last few days... The atkins shakes have been my best friend!

L-a few bites of chicken chunks and way too many bings cherries!!
D-part of a baked chicken thigh and a little mexican rice.
water is ok, I am still working on it.
vitamins before bed.
exercise was running, litterally all over the hospital, today was one of those emergency room days!! Our stat machine wouldnt stop and we had a few traumas too.
