Hey guys!! It's another beautiful Friday afternoon and I'm on my way out to enjoy the day. I don't think I will be back anytime soon so I'm posting early.
I haven't had lunch yet so I'll come back later to finsih my menu.

Fridays menu for Robin:
B~ 1/2 Onion Bagel (small) with butter
midmorning - Coffee 2 cups with FF creamer
L~ Pot Roast and veges
midafternoon - Snapple Diet Peach Tea
D~ I'm making Meatloaf and serving Zucchini
Vitamins: taken
Water: behind
Excersize: 30 min on Stationary bike, 30 min circuit training
Robin PMSing and craving salt and carbs.

S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: few bites of baked fish, spinach, and navy beans at Luby's (fish seemed to get stuck - it's done that twice - guess I won't try to eat that at Luby's again)
S: few nuts & SF popsicle
D: Grilled steak & green beans

Water: 76 oz. so far
Exercise: Walked the mall & walked 2/3 mile at a local park (thought each circle of park was 1/2 mile - my son said it's only 1/3 of a mile - oh, well)

YAY for Friday!
Today has been great. Work was slow, I enjoyed a nice dinner out with my friends and later tonight I am going to see The Devil Wears Prada!!! Can't wait.
This is what I have had:
B: Carb Control Vanilla Yogurt
L: Went out, ate the grilled chicken, bluecheese, and bacon off a salad that was tossed with RF vinegarette
D: Went out, ate the chicken, sauce, and cheese off a chicken melt. It was mixed with a mayo based dressing- hence why my calories are high today.
F: Will have 1 scoop Nectar
S: Might have a Q Smart bar at the movie, we arnt going till 11pm, so I may need a little something
TOTALS- with the qsmart bar and nectar that have yet to be consumed (had to estimate, because I ate out and didnt have hard nut facts)

B: Milshake with fruit: 1.5 cups skim milk, one banana, one egg, two full spoons of oatmeal and splenda (with vitmins)

L: Three tacos de barbacoa (goat meat tacos very yummy) and coca cola light
S: Non
D: Milanese fish file with tomato sauce and yoghurt.
