Food for today:
B~ 1/2 Tuna Sandwich on Rye Toast
L~ 1/2 Meatloaf Sandwich on Rye Bread
Snack~ Protein shake
D~ Yogurt and homemade fruit salad
Water: 40 oz so far
Vitamins: Taken
Excersize: 30 min on stationary bike, 30 min circuit training
Tomorrow is the weigh-in for "Biggest Loser" and
I'm premenstral.

Hope Stephanie's brother recuperates well. Guns and teenage boys are not always a good mix, especially when there's more than 1 boy involved. I know I always worry about my son and nephew when they're around guns. My son has a few, and that's his and his daddy's thing, not mine. Nothing like Southerners and their guns!
On to the menu:
B: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillet w/ egg
S: AchievOne Mocha Java
L: Roast Beef, mustard greens, and green beans
S: 1 slice ham lunch meat w/ cr. cheese & chives
D: quesadilla made w/ Whole Wheat tortilla (50 calories), roast beef, and chile con queso that my son made this afternoon
S: 1/2 c protein pudding (pistachio)
Vitamins: done
Water: 52 oz. so far, at least 24 more to go in a few minutes
Exercise: 30 minutes on exercise bike

So, I am totally embarrassed to post today
It was a BAD eating day for me.
But, here it is. Tomorrow is a new day, right?
B: 1/2 Trader Joes Chicken Sausage with 1oz of cheese
S: 3 bite size tosito chips with salsa
L: Vanilla Carb Control Yogurt
S: 1 tsb of peanut butter, 1 tbs of ff cream cheese, a sprinkle of splenda, all mixed together. Kinda tasted like pbutter cookie dough.
S: 10 blueberries and 3 tbs of free whip
D: Low carb tortilla from a SBD wrap kit with 2 oz cheese melted on top dipped in salsa and sour cream.
So, can we say "SNACKY SUNDAY" Ugh. It makes me sick thinking about it all.
