I was wondering if anyone was going to do it tonight. I think everyone must be out enjoying the weekend. Hi Mary!!!!!! What do the turkey dogs taste like? Pretty much like hotdogs??? Like lunch meat????? B- Scrambled egg and super lean bacon with cheese S- Protein shake L- Luna Bar S- 11 doritos D- Cheddar cheese and some grapes S- Two SF Chocolate chip cookies for celebratory reasons of course lol!

Yep, turkey dogs taste just like a hot dog in my opinion. I get 100% fat free turkey. They are like 45 caloires, 5 carbs, and 6 protein per dog. They are more expensive then regular dogs; but I figure if I would eat 3 before just to be satisfied, so now that I am stuffed after just one then the cost is justifiable. A great thing to grill on the 4th! Oh, and dont tell anyone but I have had a few dororitos since being post op too.

Menu for today: B: Special K Protein Plus cereal w/milk L: Small Hot Ham & Cheese sandwich S: Few BBQ Soy Crisps D: Mexican Bean/Cheese Burrito w/refried beans - ate too much - got sick! S: LF Cottage Cheese w/peaches Water: All done Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill

hot tea to take my meds B protein drink S 6 almonds L shepherds pie(mashed potato, peas and carrots, ground beef w/ gravy) S small dish of fresh local strawberries, 1/4 banana sliced, a pinch of dried cococnut and some Light Cool Whip...yummies! D more shepherds pie( I have trouble with most meats so this dish is easy formy pouch to handle) S more strawberries and Light Cool Whip calcium, B12, vitamins, iron working on water Nancy B

Mary, Thanks for posting for me. I had a family emergency yesterday. Yes, I'm a day late but I'm telling my menu anyway!!! B~ 1 egg and 1 breakfast turkey sausage link L~Salad w/ plain tuna, cheese, hb eggs, suflower seeds and ff ranch.. from the hosptial cafeteria but very good. D~Nothing Kay
