Happy 4th of July Eve
How's everyone? I'm good. I just got back from Wal-mart getting stuff for our trip to the lake tomorrow and stopped by Cato to check the clearance racks out. They are having a great sale.
Anyway, Here is my menu...
B~ Protein shake
L~ 1 String cheese and a small wedge of steph's chicken quasidillia
D~ Tbone steak off the grill, salad w/ cucumbers, cheese and lite italian dressing
*This will be my first time trying steak since surgery and I hope it sits well becasue I have been craving it. I got the butcher to cut me a thin peice.
Exercise: shopping
Vitamins: on track
Water: 30 oz so far

Hope the steak works for you. I haven't had red meat since surgery and have been thinking about having some. Tell me how it goes.
B: Blueberry Carb Control Yogurt and then a while later I had about 5 grapes and a slice of pineapple
S: Laughing Cow Lite Cheese Wedge
L: World Wide RTD vanilla protein shake (kinda make me sick
)
D: South Beach Diet Low Carb tortilla toasted with 2 oz cheese on top with a bit of salsa and sour cream

S: few bites roast and a few green beans
Vitamins: done
Water: 80 oz. so far
Exercise: 45 minutes of Chicometrics
