How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Today was a lazy day for me. I cleaned house and did laundry. Other than that, I just chilled out!!
My menu~
B~6 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein
L~1 steamed crab leg cluster, 5 medium shrimp and 1/2 of very small red potato
D~8 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein
S~ 8 oz Chocolate CC milk
Water: 42 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: one mile walk

Hi Guys,
My day was full of running around..I spent a great deal of time in the car.
B: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: 1/2 banana
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 cottage cheese
S: Pria protein bar before workout
D: turkey burger sliced up and made into baked burrito with tons of cheese--yummy
S: probably a protein shake
Water: on track
Had an exceptionally hard workout at the gym today

All I have to say is: I have got to get rid of these stinking protein bars! They are to high in calories and to tempting. Thus I have NO willpower! UGGGGGGGG
B: 2 slices deli roast beef and 3 slices deli turkey
L: South Beach Bar
D: 2 oz eggbeaters and 2 slices deli roast beef and 1 bite mac and cheese
vit: check, fluids: check, exercise: NO
