What's On YOUR Menu for Thursday?
Good evening Ladies and Gents
How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I spent my day running around but now I'm home to get ready for Big Brother tonight.
My menu~
B~ 1 scrambled egg sprinkled with cheese, 1 turkey sausage link and 1/2 peice toast
S~8 oz Choc. CC milk
L~Insides of a chicken soft taco from Taco Bell
D~Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: low but sipping away
Exercise: 30 minute walk

What's on my menu:
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese & a few bites of watermelon
S: Iced Mocha Protein Latte
L: 1 buffalo chicken strip & 1 SF raspberry cheesecake bar
S: a few nuts
D: not sure yet - something from the freezer
Vitamins: done
Water: 84 oz. so far
Exercise: bad girl - didn't get around to it today - will tomorrow. I was waiting on the Sears guys to bring my new fridge and then my sister came by to visit.
Hi Guys:
My day was fun. Went to water aerobics then to the farmer's market. I bought 3 tomatoes and 2 cucumbers...yum, fresh veggies. They also have food vendors set up throughout the park, but I avoided them. Except,,,we have a vintage popcorn truck that the city restored (circa 1920's) that sells great popcorn and fresh roasted peanuts. I did buy some peanuts, but only ate a few of them. It just takes to long to remove them from the shells.
Here's my menu:
B: banana and 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: a couple of peanuts
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: protein bar
D: fresh green salad (farmer's market veggies) with ham & cheese on it
I did water aerobics this morning and walked alot at the farmer's market
water-not enough, but still working on it
vitamins..ok
hot tea to take my meds
B protein shake (30 grams) pineapple protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 egg, flaxx seed/ground, unsweetened peaches and mandarin orange slices...mmm
S none
L 1 cup cottage cheese with peach slices( eaten over an hour...30 grams protein)
S a handful of mixed nuts
D 2 ounces of barbequed steak( unsure of protein)...around 12 grams I think
4 green beans from my garden
(okay. barfed 20 minutes later..I could feel that lovely tasty steak just sitting there heavily..my pouch, Rufus, STILL doesnt like meat yet *sighs*)
S protein pudding( 1/3 of a batch of SF instant pudding made with 2 cups of skim milk...I added 1 scoop of pineapple protein powder by Weider (20 grams protein) and a scoop of dried coconut) = approx 12 grams of protein/serving
vitamins, B12, iron, calcium
almost done 2 litres of water
