I guess there have been issues with the boards as of late, so if this is already posted, I apologize... if not... what have you eaten today?
me:
B: 1/2 Power Crunch P'butter Fudge Bar, 4 soy chips & a bit of salsa
L: 4 oz Broccoli Cheddar soup from Panera
S: 2 Bing Cherries, 10 Soy crips dipped in FF cream cheese
I am trying not to snack!
D: Champion stack chocolate protein (1 1/2 scoops) mixed in 8 oz of cc choco milk

Fluids: ok, about 45oz, need more!

ON the menu:
B: 1/2 c RF cottage cheese W/ splenda peaches
S: AchievOne
L: meat and cheese, guacamole and sour cream and beans off of nachos, & 1 tortilla chip
S: Blue Bunny SF Raspberry Cheesecake bar (not but 2 g protein, but was calling my name)
D: 1 c tomato soup w/ Whey Protein powder
S: 1/2 c Protein pudding (cheesecake w/ true lemon in it)
Vitamins: done
Water: 64 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: not really on Sundays

L: about 10 sips of black bean soup with sliver of avocado and pinch shredded cheese, 2 strawberries
S: 1/2 banana, small tsp of peanut butter
Sipped 1/2 bottle of isopure
D: 1/3 chicken breast with melted cheese and ranch dressing
S: tofutti snack bar (good but not enuf protein for the calories)
all vits and water (110 oz) complete

Man o man I was bad today!! I have found that the days I don't go to the gym I snack all day...this has to stop. I only ate one meal but I snacked enough to have eaten 4.

Thanks for posting, Mary.
Me, Steph and some friends packed the cooler with stuff to make sandwitches and made last minute plans to spend the day in the park. We were there all day and had a great time.
I'm late but here's my menu~
B~16 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein
L~1 slice of turkey ham and 1 slice of cheese wrapped in lettuce and 1 pickle spear
S~1/2 a 100 calorie pack of sun chips and 3 grapes
D~ 1/2 oz beef Jerky and 5 grapes
S~ 1 slice of 2% cheese
I was afraid I did too much munching today but once I type it out, it doesn't look that bad. I've done worse!
Exercise: walked a mile twice in the park!
Water: 52 oz
Vitamins: done!!
