Boy, did today go by fast: I haven't been hungry, but ate to survive. My son had glucose tolerance tests today from 8:15 am until 2:00. All day sitting there at the dr's office to find out he locked his knees in church last week to black out. At least he's in good health, but I told that boy not to lock his knees in church again!
On the menu:
B: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
S: 1/2 Luna Bar and a few nuts to get rid of the choc. cherry luna bar taste
L: (at 2:15) 6 small boiled shrimp, 1 bite blooming onion, and 1/4 c crawfish etoufee and 2 captain's wafers
D: 1/4 c boiled shrimp w/ etoufee (leftovers) & small amnt protein pudding
Vitamins: done
Water: 80 oz.
Exercise: getting up and down at the dr's office - I did exercise my mouth a lot visiting w/ people there - talked a lot about WLS to a captive audience!
