What's on YOUR menu for Monday?


Good evening Kay. Thanks for the Tyson steak strip tip. I've never bought any of those.
Here's my menu for the day:
B: 1/2 c RF cottage cheese w/ splenda peaches
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte and a few nuts
L: 1/4 c tuna salad, 2 TBSP baked potato soup, and 2 TBSP crouton type bread
S: 2 slices ham w/ RF Cr. cheese and chives (actually gave part to dog)
D: not sure, either hamburger patty recipe from my hamburger cookbook from my secret pal if my son decides to make them or Italian baked chicken/tomatoes/mushrooms
Vitamins: done
Water: 72 oz. so far, with more to go
Exercise: walked 2 miles at the park this morning!

B~1 c. protein drink (Carb Conscious with added Whey Protein), 1 egg
L~1 steak quesidillas from Taco Bell -- ate mostly the inside of it.
D~about 3/4 c of chili with 1 good pinch of cheddar cheese
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Walked on the treadmill for 40 mins.
Water: So far about 40 oz.... I'm still drinking though

Well, like I assumed, I went to the gym and the snacking ceased.
My menu~
B: nothing
L: 8oz FF CC milk, w/1 scoop vanilla praline designer whey powder
D: about 1 cup of steamed broccoli w/garlic and I cant beleive it's not buter spray
Vitamins done, doing terrible on water, 2 hours in the gym

Hi there!
Today, I have been very annoyed with people (everyone around me is very self centered, and today I couldn't handle it). In the past, that would mean I would eat my way through the frustration, but today I did not. Sure, I had a craving for a big ol' cheeseburger... but I was able to control what I ate and I did not let the emotions take over. I am proud of that.
B: 1/2 c. LF Cottage Cheese w/ 1/3 c. Carb Clever Peaches
L: 2oz diced chicken breast w/ Lite Done Right Caeaser dressing and 1 oz shredded parm on top.
S: 10 Soy Crisps
F: 1 c. carb countdown choco milk
S#2: 4 Soy & Flax Chips w/ a teaspoon of salsa mixed in with a tsp. of FF cream cheese, 3 bing cherries, 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter. I call this a snack, but I guess its a meal, since I ate it all with in 45min.
D: Protein Delite Verry Berry Vanilla (1 scoop mixed w/ h20)
TOTALS:

Fat 28
Carbs 40
Protein 80!!! Whoo-hooo. That number needs to stay high like this.

Breakfast was a luna bar
Lunch a protein shake made with Isopure 1 scoop chocolate and 1 cup 1% milk
Dinner was a SmartOne Chicken Enchillada Dinner
Bedtime Snack: Bryerer's SugarFree Krunch IceCream Bar - only 150 cal and has 4g of protein too
been craving one all week
