What's On YOUR Menu for Wednesday?
Hey guys!!! How is everyone doing today? I'm great. Nothing exciting in my neck of the woods. I went swimming for a couple hours and that's about it.
Steph won tickets, again, to see the premeire movie of "Little Man" (with the Wayans brothers) so we are leaving in a few.
My menu~
B~1 scrambled egg and peice of toast sprayed with no cal. butter
L~8 oz Coffee with scoop of protein
D~Baked chicken leg (no skin)
S~8 oz Chocolate CC milk
Decided to do fitday today..

Vitamins: on track
Water: 35 oz so far
Exercise: swimming for 2 hours

Hi again
I was really tired this morning and my blood sugar was good so I didn't have to have any fast acting insulin so I skipped breakfast all together.
For lunch I had 1/2C of lowfat cottage cheese and 4 strawberries
I just got home from PT so I haven't even thought about dinner yet but for sure I will have a protein shake with Isopure tonight - will need the protein


I am kinda feeling down tonight. No real reason, maybe the mid-week blues. So I didn't really feel like eating tonight... but I did anyway, here is the days menu:
B: 1/2 C Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 1 1/2 Tbs. Sugar Free Blackberry Jam
L: 4 Turkey Meatballs, topped with 1 oz RF Cheddar Cheese
D: Protein Shake (1 1/2 scoops Champion Chocolate, 2" banana chunk, 1 Tbs. peanutbutter, 8 oz water, blended with 1 icecube)
And, hey, no snacks today! (which is good, my doc only wants us to eat 3 meals a day)

S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: 1/4 c tuna salad w/ 1 Wasa whole grain cracker
D: 1/2 c protein pudding (SF) and 1/4 c SF Ho Bo Beef
Vitamins: done
Water: 84 oz. so far
Exercise: instead of Chicometrics, I did vacuumetrics, swiffermetrics, dustermetrics, and clean the bathroometrics - feel like I had a pretty good workout
