Good Evening How are ya today? I'm good. Nothing exciting. Just another day. Just waiting for the weekend to get here. I just realized that today I am 6 months post op. I forgot all about it. Boy how does time fly. You would think I would be celebrating my 112 lb. loss. My menu~ B~ 10 oz decaf with a scoop of protein L~Baked chicken leg (no skin) D~1 scrambled egg with cheese and 2 turkey sausage patties S~ 4 oz FF CC milk with 1/2 a scoop of protein Fitday Totals~ Calories: 499 Fat: 19 Carbs: 11 Protein: 71 Vitamins: on track Water: 40 oz so far Exercise: one mile walk Have a good evening, Kay

Hi Kay Here's my menu for the day: B: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese and 3 strawberries L: Isopure chocolate protein shake with 1%milk (1cup) & crushed ice D: Small Wendy's chilli (haven't had this in a long time) S: I'll have a Bryere's sugar free ice cream bar It's really hot out today Have a good evening. It's so hot & humid today I wouldn't even eat if I didn't have to. So far I've had B: power crunch bar S: 1/2 banana L: 1/2 c cottage cheese in 1/4 cantaloupe S: Pria protein bar just before working out S: 1/2 banana after work out D: 1/2 chicken quesadilla (left over from dinner at Friendly's last night) I haven't gotten in enough water yet, and I'm feeling it. vitamins including iron now--done exercise--worked out at gym...didn't go to water aerobics because when I do both in the same day I just get too tired Kathy

Hi Kay~ The weekend is right around the corner. I think this week is moving slow though. My menu~ B: 8oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop protein, 8oz black coffee L: 2/3 plain turkey burger pattie D: 1/4 cup egg beaters with onions and peppers Vitamins done, about 60oz water, 2 hours in the gym My totals~ Cals~305 Fat~8 Carbs~8 Protein~47 Dawn

I had 3 friends over and we worked on our scrapbooks all day. My niece joined us for lunch. We had "ho bo delight" from a cookbook my OH secret pal just sent me. It was a salad w/ cheese, meat, gr. onions, bl. olives, fritos, sour cream, tomatoes, and picante sauce. It was really good. I had a mission committee meeting at my church late this afternoon. B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ 3 Splenda apricot halves S: Iced Mocha Latte w/ protein powder L: Ho Bo delight salad S: 1/4 c SF protein pudding D: Tuna Salad w/ South Beach whole wheat crackers (split cracker pkg. w/ my dog - he thinks their cookies for him) Vitamins: done Water: 72 oz. so far Exercise: didn't have time -- too much to do & too much company Karla 337/235/150

Kay: Congrats on the 6 month mark!!! Today I ate: B: 3 oz LF Cottage Cheese w/ 3 Slices of Carb Clever Peaches L: 15 Turkey Pepperoni w/ 1 RF String Cheese D: Cherry Chocolate Protein Shake (1.5 scoop champion chocolate protein, 5 fresh cherries, 2 Tbs. Free Whip, 8 oz water, blended together) S: 4 Soy&Flax Chips dipped in no-bean Turkey Chili TOTALS Cals 598 Fat 18 Carbs 37 Protein 72 *According to my doc, these numbers are right on track
