What's on YOUR Menu for Friday
Happy Friday Guys and Gals,
How is everyone doing this evening. I'm great! So who has some exciting plans this weekend? I'll be out and about all weekend so Mary is going to post Sat. and Sun. for me. The weather is nice.. not to hot so I hope it stays this way.
My menu~
B~ 8 oz FF cc milk with scoop of protein
L~ 4- 2% pepperjack cheese cubes, 1 slice of turkey and 3 wheat thins
D~Baked flounder and salad w/ cucumbers and FF italian dressing
Vitamins: on track
Water: 20 oz so far.. shame on me.
Exercise: walked this morning and going bowling
I'm going to eat dinner than going bowling with friends. I hope everyone has a great evening and weekend

Hope you have a great weekend, Kay. I like to bowl. I'm really good. Sometimes my body goes down the lane stuck to the ball!
I've already gone to pick my son up from football camp, went to The Woodlands and picked up my niece and nephew, went shopping at a scrapbook store there, came home, gone to Walmart, and finally can rest a little.
Menu:
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w 3 Splenda apricot halves
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: 1/2 Chicken Enchilada (been wanting one ever since I watched Ronna eat her's last week in Katy!) 2 tiny bites chicken fajita meat, and 2 TBSP. beans & 3 chips
D: Ho Bo Delight Salad & SF Raspberry Cheesecake Ice cream bar
Vitamins: done
Water: 68 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: walked 2 miles at park this morning

Hi all. My day was filled unpacking and cleaning. Such a fun activity
. I did find time to go the gym, so that's something I accomplished. Here's what's on my menu today:
B- Atkins shake
L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 4 strawberries sliced and sprinkled w/ splenda....tastes like strawberries and cream!
D- 1 chicken drumstick, 1/2 baked potato, some salad
S- I'll find a protein shake to drink before bed

Didn't eat much today, My wife and Daughter got into a car accident, they are alright, but too much stress was involved, here you go:
Breakfast:
3/4 oz of spreadable low fat cheeses on a wasa cracker with 1oz of cooked salmon
No snack
Lunch - 2oz Salmon, I love it if you have not guessed
1 Clementine
3 mini carrots
No Snack
Dinner - 1 Wasa Cracker, the rest of the Salmon, 1 Clementine
Snacked on no salted sunflower seeds about 1/2 cup.
32 oz of liquid, shame on me, All vitamins.
