Hi all Its sunday, which means relaxation! Too bad I have been very relaxed with my diet today too Here is what its been so far today: B: Skipped L: 3 baby carrots w/ 3 oz cottage cheese (seasoned with ff ranch mix) D: 3 turkey meatballs topped with tsp spaghetti sauce, sprinkled w/ parm vits- nope exercise- nope fluids- 10 oz Oy Vey! What is up, I need to drink more and get some protein in!!!

B~Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink w/added protein L~1 Turkey Hot Dog with 4 FF pringles (my choices could have been much worse, trust me) D~ 3 oz. of tuna salad and 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob w/spray butter S~Chocolate covered bananas.... I found this box kit for them, and the calories were 60, and the sugar was 3 g... Surprisingly enough it had 2 g of protein. So that will be my snack later. The kids and I had fun making them. Fluids - I haven't measured it out yet, but I've drank 4 large glasses so far.... Susan

For what its worth; I dont think there is anything wrong with eating turkey hot dogs... nor 4 ff pringles... you shouldn't feel the need to justify it. It has protein!

Hi Mary My menu was pretty boring but here it is: Breakfast: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese (ran out of fruit) Lunch: 1C CC Chocolate mile and 1 scoop of Isopure Dinner: Can waterpacked albacore tuna, tbs ff mayo, tbs dill relish 6 baby carrots 1 oz raw almonds Snack: Bryers' Sugarfree Ice Cream Bar Vitamins Done & Iron supp too Excersise - did 17 min on the trusty treadmil Fluids - finished 2qts of crystal lite, working on the second pitcher

Hi~ This is "our" menus (Me & Dawn) B~ 4oz FF CC milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein, 4oz black coffee L~shrimp seasoned with old bay D~romaine lettuce with red wine vinegar and FF spray oil; diced shrimp, and 1 pickle over 60oz water, vitamins done, walked about 90 mins at the zoo in 95 degree HEAT! hot tea to take my meds B protein shake S watermelon L my homemade high protein soup S Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich D a few ounces of finely minced barbequed chicken, a tablesp of mashed potatoes, 1 tablesp of gravy, 3 green beans ( my pouch, Rufus, still doesnt like meats..its still too heavy so unless its minced fine, Rufus throws it back at me) S Atkins choclate/coconut protein bar approx 97 grams of protein...wow! vitmains, iron, calcium, B12 2 litres of water so far...I'm on a roll today! woohoo! Thought I would add... I find this post usefull and I want to keep it real, and be completely honest. It helps me to read that others have bad days and good days. So... Later tonight I ate 10 soy crips and a chocolate chip cookie It was so freaking good. TOTALS for my entire day: Cals 325 Fat 13 Carbs 23 Protein 27 Yep, terrible, but I am ok with it. Most days I am on track with my diet, but I thought I would share.

Hey Mary~ Thanks for posting! I had a great time at the Mary J. Blige concert tonight. B~ 1/2 a scrambled egg and 1/4 c. of cornbeef hash L~1 hot wing, 1/2 a pork rib and 3 tortilia chips dipped in a lil salsa D~1/2 a ham & cheese sandwitch on toasted wheat with lettuce and mustard and 1 pickle spear Water sucks, no exercise and took only half my vitamins.
