Weekly Goals!!!
Now that I'm back and a little settled I think I can start up the weekly goals again. So like before - we can post our weekly goals here. Just to keep us on track but not to nag you guys I will post on Fridays a recap of the goals and ask what your progress is. They don't have to be strictly WLS related, heck if you need to sheer a sheep or throw out some old clothes then by all means post it here.
Okay peoples... let's hear it.

My goals for the week:
1. get to the gym atleast 4 times!!!!
2. avoid carbs and drink more water
3. clean out my old laundry hamper, get rid of clothes that don't fit anymore
4. go shoe shopping for the reunion this weekend!
Okay those are my goals for the week. I know that 1 and 2 are going to be the hardest for me!

My goals are excersise related:
I want to work up to 20 minutes on the treadmill but will give myself till the end of the mobnth to get there (is that cheating
). I did 17 minutes yesterday which was a personal best.
The physical therepy has been helping to strenghthen my legs and I have been walking more.
So one more goal is to walk my dog at least once every day
