Good Evening How is everyone doing? I'm good. After my long, lovely weekend I stayed home and cleaned house then relaxed the rest of the day. We are now on the way to the pool for a while. My menu~ B~6 oz FF cc milk w/ a scoop of cappicuno protein L~Red Lobster leftovers.. 1/2 a lobster tail, 3 crab legs and 5 small boiled shrimp D~Salad w/ cucumbers, red onions, hb egg, turkey, ham , cheese and ff ranch Vitamins: on track Water: 32 oz so far Exercise: walk and swimming Have a nice evening, Kay

LND: chinese food, bbq pork, cream cheese wonton and 1 piece each of SS Chicken and Seasame Chicken S: nada B: lite and fit fruit yogurt smoothie S: cheese and crackers L: lunchables cheese and meat w/ crackers and HOT SAUCE!!! S: hopefully nada D: atkins shake S: nada * yeah right... Vitamins: Dang it!!! Water: great Exercise: gym tonight! Dana

B~Nada L~12 popcorn shrimp, 1bite chedderwurst, 1/8 cup of carrots S~1/2 cup mixed nuts no peanuts D~Don't know, maybe nothing. My friendly snack the nuts made me dump. I don't know why, I have used nuts for snacks for months, but I guess I go and find something else. I refuse to dump on the same thing twice. Fluids~124oz Supplements~done Excercise~just the usual work out at work. Hazel

Hi Kay~ Kristi D & I ate~ B: 8oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 8oz black coffee L: 2oz fresh tilipia with fresh lemon juice and old bay D: 2oz fresh tilipia with fresh lemon juice and old bay S: 2 SF Chocolate Covered Cherries Vitamins done, working on water, 2 hours in the gym AND 2 hours walking through the mall (WITH 4 KIDS!!!) Our totals~ Cals: 392 Fat: 10 Carb: 9 Pro: 57 Dawn

Another Monday down! B: 15 small red seedless grapes, a bite of pineapple, a bite of strawberry. S: Blueberry Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt L: 4 oz RF Cottage Cheese seasoned w/ FF ranch mix and 3 small baby carrots D: Garlic Roasted Chicken (from carb concious lean cuisine) F: 1 Scoop Nectar w/ Diet Ocean Spray Citrus Splash F: (Plan to have) 1 C. CC Choco Milk TOTALS (with the milk that has yet to be consumed) Cals 565 Fat 16 Carbs 36 Protein 71 Vits: not yet, will have before bed Fluids: only 40 oz so far Exercise: 20 min on the elliptical, 5 min on the row machine, 5 min walk to gym and then 5 min home, 5 min cool down stretches.
