What's On Your Menu for Monday?
Good Evening
How is everyone doing? I'm good. After my long, lovely weekend I stayed home and cleaned house then relaxed the rest of the day. We are now on the way to the pool for a while.
My menu~
B~6 oz FF cc milk w/ a scoop of cappicuno protein
L~Red Lobster leftovers.. 1/2 a lobster tail, 3 crab legs and 5 small boiled shrimp
D~Salad w/ cucumbers, red onions, hb egg, turkey, ham , cheese and ff ranch
Vitamins: on track
Water: 32 oz so far
Exercise: walk and swimming

L: 2oz fresh tilipia with fresh lemon juice and old bay

Vitamins done, working on water, 2 hours in the gym AND 2 hours walking through the mall (WITH 4 KIDS!!!)
