Is everyone staying cool in this HOT weather? It got up to 100 today. I had to go grocery shopping today and came right back home to my air.
My menu~
B~ 8 oz FF cc milk w/ a scoop of protein
L~1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of 2% pepperjack cheese
D~ 2 oz of baked turkey (from a leg) and 1/2 c. of steamed cabbage
Fitday totals~

Exercise: one mile walk
Water: 24 oz so far

B-16 oz water
L-2 oz pork chop and 2 oz of fruits....watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries

S-about a half cup of diced cheese
D-don't know yet, I am still full from snack

D~3oz "touch of lemon" tuna, 1oz tilapia cold
S~2 SF Choc covered cherries (we put this on the menu yesterday, but we never ate them....today we really did!

You just HAD to tell us about the choc covered cherries. I wanted to ask you about them yesterday but I told myself that I don't need them. Since you mentioned it again, I'm gonna ask you, "Where did yall get these"? I LOVE them.
If you don't answer the question, you will be doing me a favor. Then again, I could get them for steph. she is a diabetic.

Hey Kay, It wasn't so hot here this morning because it rained pretty good last night. It heated up this afternoon, though!
B: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillet w/ egg
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese & 3 Splenda Apricot halves, 2/3 Power crunch bar, & 2 bites of beef jerky (not all eaten together - my times to eat were off today - I was running errands and in the car when I ate the Power crunch bar & beef jerky - then went home finally and ate the cottage cheese & apricots
D: Salmon & spinach (not mixed together) - have to go fix it and eat!
Vitamins: done
Water: 88 oz. so far
Exercise: 2 miles at the park, jammin to my IPod Nano I bought yesterday - got a big mix of country, christian, 70's rock, and some 80's rock - made the walking go much faster
