Hey peeps Is everyone staying cool in this HOT weather? It got up to 100 today. I had to go grocery shopping today and came right back home to my air. My menu~ B~ 8 oz FF cc milk w/ a scoop of protein L~1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of 2% pepperjack cheese D~ 2 oz of baked turkey (from a leg) and 1/2 c. of steamed cabbage Fitday totals~ Calories: 424 Fat:14 Carbs:10 Protein:60 Vitamins: on track Exercise: one mile walk Water: 24 oz so far Have a good evening Kay

Hi there Kay!!! Hope you can manage to stay cool even in the AC!! I am trying to myself B-16 oz water L-2 oz pork chop and 2 oz of fruits....watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries Yummy S-about a half cup of diced cheese D-don't know yet, I am still full from snack Take care girl! Hi Kay~ Here is mine and Kristi's menu for today~ B~ a cup of coffee with splenda L~2oz tilapia 3 medium shrimp D~3oz "touch of lemon" tuna, 1oz tilapia cold S~2 SF Choc covered cherries (we put this on the menu yesterday, but we never ate them....today we really did! ) Our totals~ Cals 311 Fat 10 Carbs 4 (net) Protein 35 Vitamins done, about 60oz water, 2 hours in the gym (I am making Kristi do my routiene...she loves it!) You just HAD to tell us about the choc covered cherries. I wanted to ask you about them yesterday but I told myself that I don't need them. Since you mentioned it again, I'm gonna ask you, "Where did yall get these"? I LOVE them. If you don't answer the question, you will be doing me a favor. Then again, I could get them for steph. she is a diabetic. Kay

Hi Kay~ We got it in a candy store in the mall. They had an entire section of SF candies. Ironicly we were talking about the candies that we missed the night before and when we went in that store and saw them...we didn't even discuss it...we just too them up to the register. Dawn

It didn't seem as hot here today, but that might of been because they got the new A/C put in the restaurant yesterday and it is working like a dream. Now let's see, how many burgers do I have to flip to pay for it????? B~12oz V8 L~20 popcorn shrimp S~one slice of deli turkey wrapped around very T*H*I*N*N*L*Y sliced onions. D~pork tenderloin and fresh corn. Fitday totals~ Calories~483.97 Fat~17.48 Carbs~26.58 (13.12 from the corn, and 16.49 from the V8) Protein~47.37 Fluids~84oz Suppliments done. Exercise~walking. Hazel

Hey Kay, It wasn't so hot here this morning because it rained pretty good last night. It heated up this afternoon, though! B: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillet w/ egg S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte L: 1/2 c cottage cheese & 3 Splenda Apricot halves, 2/3 Power crunch bar, & 2 bites of beef jerky (not all eaten together - my times to eat were off today - I was running errands and in the car when I ate the Power crunch bar & beef jerky - then went home finally and ate the cottage cheese & apricots D: Salmon & spinach (not mixed together) - have to go fix it and eat! Vitamins: done Water: 88 oz. so far Exercise: 2 miles at the park, jammin to my IPod Nano I bought yesterday - got a big mix of country, christian, 70's rock, and some 80's rock - made the walking go much faster Karla 337/233/150

Its a burning heatwave here too! Today I ate: Pre Breakfast: 1 C. CC Choco Milk with my vits and all my pills, and then a lick of p'butter B: 4 oz Vanilla Carb & Sugar Lite n Fit Yogurt L: Chicken Caeser Salad... ate only the chicken, a bit of the parm cheese, and a few bites of romaine. S: 5 Soy Crisps D: 2 oz Deli Turkey, 1 oz Colby Cheese, tiny bit of ranch, on top of toasted peice of -whole-grain carb bread. I only ate 1/2 the toast and about 75% of the meat and cheese. I guess my eyes were bigger then my stomach. F: 1 Scoop Nectar TOTALS Cals 700ish (had to guess w/ the caeser dressing amt.) Fat 31 Carbs 25 Protien 81
