It's a humid and rainy day here so I stayed in the house, watched tv and worked on my wls scrapbook.
My menu~
B~8 oz FF cc milk w/ a scoop of protein.
L~1/4 C. tuna salad wrapped in lettuce and 1 pickle spear
D~1.5 oz grilled hamburger patty and salad w/ cucumbers, lil cheese and lite ranch

Evercise: one mile walk after dinner

Been running around alot today, here's my menu:
Breakfast: Qsmart Bar
Lunch: Protein Shake with CC Chocolate Milk & Isopure low Carb Chocolate powder 1 scoop
Dinner: Smart One Chicen Enchilada
That's it so far!
Had PT today so plenty of excersise there
Vitamins and iron done
Lots of fluids too

I haven't had dinner yet, but am going to post now because my night will be crazy. I have SO MUCH to do before I leave tomorrow (going to NYC with some girlfriends, to celebrate one of their birthdays)
B: 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt
L: 2 Turkey Meatballs w/ parm and cream cheese and a bit of spaghetti sauce ontop
S: 1 leftover meatball
F: 1 New Whey Test Tube (3oz) Liquid Protein... this has only 100 caloires, 0 carbs, and 25g protein

I get mine from the Vitamin Shoppe. They kinda taste like jello, but thinner... like jello that sat out a bit too long
They are great for when you are on the go or not hungy, since they have such little volume, but pack a great protein punch!
They are called "New Whey" and are by IDS Sprorts. They are $2.50 each, but if you figure they are basically a meal, then that isn't too bad.

I've been scrappin today too, Kay. I had to finish up a wedding scrapbook for my nephew. Thank heavens I got done this afternoon. Tomorrow I will work on a WLS scrapbook too. I have my pictures and monthly calendars w/ daily weight and am ready to put it together.

B: 1/2 c Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillet
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ 3 Splenda Apricot halves
L: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
S: a few nuts
D: 2 oz. flounder and 1/4 c spinach
Vitamins: done
Water: 80 oz. so far
Exercise: 2 mile walk at park this morning & 45 minutes Chicometrics this afternoon
(I better see some results tomorrow!)
