How's everyone? I'm good. I hope everyone has a great weekend!! My menu~ B~ 1 1/2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 a slice of wheat toast sprayed w/ no cal butter L~ Salad w/ ham, cheese, hb egg, red onions, cucumbers, few crutons and 1 tbs. lite ranch. Oh, and one of steph's tator tots D~ Baked chicken thigh (no skin) and 2 steamed broccoli florets sprayed w/ no cal butter. S~8 oz Chocolate cc milk.. Aunt Flo is visiting and this helps with choc. craving. Vitamins: on track Water: 35 oz so far Exercise: one mile walk and walk through park. Have a wonderful weekend Kay

I guess I shamed myself into playing straight today. I was bad once with a bite sized snickers but it was only one instead of the 3-4 I usually eat. LND: chicken and mushroom in a lemon dill sauce -mmmmm yummy S: sugar free pudding and some teddy grahams S#2: nerds and a bottle of water B: 1/2 bagle with cream cheese and cantaloupe S: 1/4 bagle w/ cream cheese and a mini snickers L: protein shake S: water! Hi Kay Lots of running around today for me. My "baby" brother came in from Houston so I had to pick him up at the airport this morning. Breakfast: Protein shake w/CC Milk & Isopure Chocolate 1 scoop only Lunch : 1 chicken egg foo yung patty (it's only 120 cal, 8g of fat, 4g carb and 8 protein Dinner: Cobb Salad from TGI Friday's with Blue Cheese Dressing on the side. I dip and only eat the proteiny stuff off the top. Vitamins and Iron in Fluids lots Excersise - walked Hawley twice today - made it all the way down the block the second time

I'll make a point to post, maybe it'll make me eat better! B- nada S- 1/2 protein bar L- protein shake from GNC, was dizzy.... so got the 50 gram one S- just had a n sugar added eskimo pie D-

Hi Kay. I work this weekend, except for tomorrow night. I'm acutally going to a party to see some old friends from college....and hopefully some bachelors. Here's what I had today: B- 1/4 cup eggbeaters w/ cheese and 3 slices of bacon...8 oz. CC choc milk 1/2 hour later S- 4 pieces cashew crunch...kinda like peanut brittle...tastes soooo good!!! L- tuna salad on 1 slice bread w/ slice of cheese, 4 cucumbers w/ lite ranch D- 3 oz. stewed chicken, 1 tbsp rice, 4 cucumbers w/ lite ranch S- 1 New Whey test tube...25 g protein in 3 oz.!!! Doesn't taste great, but you don't taste it for too long anyway Fluids- about 70 oz. so far Vitamins- Done Exercise- took a break today! April

hot tea to take my meds B peach protein shake S none L forgot to eat S nuts D tossed salad with minced (dark meat) chicken S will have to be something high protein to get my 90 grams in by bedtime..sheesh! vitamins, calcium, B12, iron 2 litres of water so far Nancy B

:waiving a white flag: I appologize again for offending anyone earlier. I have realized that back when I use to put my menu on this post every day I was eating a lot better.coincidence??? maybe... Either way I have decided that even if my menu looks different than everybody elses I should still post it.Even if it is just to hold myself accountable. So thank you Kay and here goes! B -7:30-5 Strawberries S-8:00-coffee L-11:30-5 chips w/salsa and 1 tortilla w/beans and 2 strips grilled chicken S-3:00-bannana dipped in whipped cream D-5:30-4 oz pot roast w/roasted carrots S-7:30-will be sf (sugar free**** cream S- 10;00-will probably have a sf popsicle around 10:00

Kay, I'm doing great. Never got to start on my WLS scrapbook - will work on it tomorrow after I do a little more laundry and some housecleaning. I had more housework/things to do than I thought today. Also, my mom & I went to see The Devil Wears Prada at 5:00. It was great. I thought it would never show in Polk co. I laughed though when some really country guy w/ a wifebeater and overalls walked in to watch it. If he knows what "Prada" is, you sure couldn't tell. On to the menu. B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ 3 Splenda Apricot halves S: 1/2 c SF Protein pudding L: 2 oz. flounder and 1/4 c spinach S: 2 Tbsp. nuts & 3 c popcorn at show (probably shouldn't have eaten, but what's a movie w/o popcorn?) D: going to a local Cajun restaurant to have 1/4 lb. boiled shrimp Vitamins: done Water: 88 oz. so far Exercise: 1 1/2 mile walk at park; 30 minutes Chicometrics, 30 minutes of yard work Karla 337/231/150

Kay I hope you have a wonderful weekend too!! B-bottle of propel water L-some southwestern bake.....it was corn and black beans with some corn tortilla and cheese and hamburger meat, I ate about a cup, and about 1/2 cup of spanish rice. D-I ate 4 smoked turkey lavash rolls from wally world!! water is at right around 68 oz vitamins at bed if I dont fall asleep first. exercise was walking about 3 miles today. Steph

Ohhh Steph, I love the lavish rolls from Wally world! I haven't had one since surgery. I actually forgot about them. Now I'm going to be thinking about them. I'm sure gonna get me one soon! Roast beef and turkey was my favorite. Yummy!!
