What's on YOUR Saturday's Menu?

I hope everyone is having a nice evening. I sure am. It's a little hot and humid but I'm dealing with it.
Me and Steph are on the way out to hang with some friends so I'm here posting a little early.
My menu~
B~10 oz Water with a scoop of protein
L~1/2 a mexican pizza from taco bell.. not the best choice but it was good.
D~Were grilling out so it will be.. Grilled hamburger patty with onions, lettuce, ff mayo and pickle spear
Vitamins: on track
Water: sipping away
Exercise: none yet except shopping

Hi Kay
I wasn't feeling well this morning. My dinner last night didn't agree with me. I had had a Cobb Salad from TGIF and ate all the proteiny stuff off the top and it just didn't sit well for some reason
Anyhoo......
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Protein Shake - Hoods Chocolate Milk & 1 scoop of Isopure
Dinner: Going to a wedding tonight......I have no idea
Will report back later on dinner

Excersise - nothing today - I've been sleeping





Hey Kay. Sounds like you and Ronna are having a good day. We're going to a weiner roast at my mom's in a little bit. The geriatric crowd want's to have the weenie roast at 4:00! We are going to pick a fresh watermelon out of my stepdad's melon patch to take on our mission trip tomorrow. My niece and nephew are spending the night at my mom's and she wanted to have a family gathering. Unfortunately, all of my sister's family, my brother and his wife, and my husband are out of town, so it's just a select few, but we'll have fun.
On the menu:
B: 1 piece of whole grain toast minus the crust w/ 1 slice ham lunch meat and 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, toasted
L: Iced Mocha Latte Protein drink
D: 1 weiner, 1/4 c chili, & 2 Tbsp. grated cheese (guestimating - may be more than I can or want to handle)
Vitamins: done
Water: 56 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: trying on about 10 bras at a Vanity Fair outlet, none of which fit - I'll have to go buy another expensive one in Houston, I guess & gathering up WLS scrapbook materials and scrapping. I also packed for our trip tomorrow.

Hi Guys,
I've been to 2 parties in the last 2 days. I'm pretty proud of myself because I made some decent choices. Here's my menu today:
B: Power Crunch bar
S: Pria protein bar before working out
L: about 5 or 6 cubes of cheese, about 4 crackers, several tiny pretzels (with the cheese). Then some fresh fruit picked out of the fruit salad
This was really good because they had enough food to serve an army--including a pig roast. There were some really tasty looking potato salads, but I didn't dare try them being away from home.
D: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
I'm just finishing up my last bottle of water

B-water
L-half a hamburger and 2 bites of potatoe salad
S-about 4 oz. of diet pepsi....it took like 30 mins to drink the fizzy stuff!!
D-I cheated and had a mexican sweet bread and paid for it about 30 mins later.....duhh I dump dont I??? That'll teach me!!

Hi Kay~
I have made a conscious decision to stay away from fitday once again. Kristi and I played around with the weight loss estimator and we are both on track to loose over 112% of our excess body weight, thus making us have BMIs under 18. That shook me a little. So I think I am going to try to increase my food intake and if it slows down my weight loss that will have to be okay. I just can't be so diligent and set myself up to loose too much weight.
My menu~
B: 8oz coffee with splenda
L: 3oz tuna over 1/2 cup romaine lettuce (salt & pepper to taste)
S: 2 cheese curls 0.75oz protein bar
D: 5oz chicken breast w/1 teaspoon buffalo wing sauce, 2 teaspoons mashed potatoes
S: 1 light string cheese
