How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I have had a relaxed day. After church I attemped to go swimming but the thunder and lightning had plans to do it's thang so I hung around the house and cooked dinner early. The suns back out so we are going to go to the park for a while to walk then go fishing.
I hope everyone is having a nice Sunday afternoon!!
My menu~
B~ String cheese and 2 slices of turkey
L~Baked chicken leg, 1/4. c. pinto beans and few bites of steamed cabbage.
D~Leftovers.. it was so good, I'll have the exact same thing and probably more tomorrow.
S~6 oz water with 1/2 scoop of protein.

Vitamins: on track
Water: low but sipping away
Exercise: walk through the park.

Hi Kay
We went to the cemetary this morning. It's almost 2 years since my mom passed away and we wanted to visit and make sure that the cemetary was keeping up the graves.
I came home and did 18 minutes on the treadmill
Now I'm just chilling. We are going out to dinner but I don't know where yet so don't know what I'll be having. "Baby" brother leaves in the morning
Breakfast: 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese & 10 grapes
Lunch: 1C CC Chocolate milk w/1scoop Isopure
Will check back later about dinner and any snacks

Hi Kay. Today, I slept in....I went out last night and had a great time. I had planned to go to the gym this morning when I got up....yeah, it didn't happen
Here's what's on my menu
B: 4 sliced strawberries w/ splenda and 1/2 LF cottage cheese
S: CC Choc. milk 8 oz.
L: 5 cucumber w/ lite drsg, 1 tbsp croutons
D: 3 oz. grilled chicken w/ 1 tbsp rice, 3 cucumbers w/ lite drsg
Not much protein, but I usually slack off a little on Sundays. I'll probably have a New Whey tube later.

B- 1 scrambled egg,2 bites pancake stolen from son's plate,a few grapes
L-1 slice pizza,top of another
S-SF ice cream
D-chicken leg ,salad,slice of mango
S-2 oz lump crab meat
a couple peices of sugar free candy ( I have to STOP buying that crap!) I know that it is better than regular candy but it's certainly not healthy and I know it adds a lot of calories.
Hi there Kay!!! Catch a fishie for me ok?? LOL anyways I worked today and then got home to my oldest having another fever, making it almost 3 days now, so we ended up at the hospital where I work and she had all these tests run on her and so far they think she has a stomach virus or something. Anyways it has been one of those days so here is my menu and forgive me it isnt very good!!
B-water
L-beef stew and a biscuit, a couple bites of pineapple, a bite of watermelon, and 3 grapes.
D-2 smoked turkey lavash rolls, and I saved you some too Kay!! LOL
water is on track
vitamins before bed
exercise was more walking, probably about 2 miles or so today, it was pretty slow.

out and about all day--faced with difficult food choices--some I made were good and some were really _____ (fill in the blank) :-l.

L-sand dabs and calamari (fried!) and 2 bites coleslaw and 2 french fries
S- ice cream bar that was not even close to being diet
D-chicken and 15 tortilla chips

Vitamins--ok
no exercise
Tomorrow is a better and new day--no place to go but up!
