What's On Your Menu for Monday?

Hi Kay,
Your salad sounds so yummy! Thanks for doing this.
B--1 and 1/2 bottles of Achieve protein coffee drink (needed that extra boost from the caffeine)
L--1 Knudsone Lowfat Cottage Chees "On the Go" with about 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries mixed in. So yummy
S-- Probably a Power Crunch bar.
D-- Not sure yet but possibly an Aidell's chicken/turkey pattie with a slice of cheese on it.
Getting my water and vitamins in.
Exercise - went downstairs to the gym at work on my lunch hour and it was packed so I grabbed my iPod and went for a walk even though it was warm outside.
Hi Kay. Whenever you want to come to my house to do some laundry and cleaning....just let a sista know!
B- 1/2 LF cottage cheese w/ sliced strawberries & splenda
L- 3 mozzarella cubes w/ 4 multigrain crackers
S- QSmart bar
D- 2 turkey meatballs w/ LF ricotta cheese and marinara sauce
S- protein iced coffee
Had my appt. w/ my nutritionist today and she said I was right on track with my eating. She also said I was a poster child for weight loss surgery
. She didn't even recognize me!

Hi Guys:
I thought about you today Kay...I was buying Special K extra protein cereal & I remembered that your sign on name was special Kay. See, you're in my thoughts!!
I decided that I was tired of eating the same breakfast everyday so I thought I would try some cereal with skim milk and 1/2 banana tomorrow morning.
Here's my menu:
B: power crunch bar
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: Pria protein bar before workout
D: hubby made the absolutely most delicious steak on the grill. It was cooked to perfection and soooo tender you could cut it with a fork..yum,
I also had 2 tiny salt potatos
S: 2 cubes of watermelon so far, but it's calling my name
I've got all vitamins in & I'm still working on my water
great workout at the gym



Mary,
Is there a certain number of carbs and fat that you try to stay under everyday? My surgeon and nut say don't worry about it but I'm just curious to know what your rules are since you do fitday everyday.
I also just asked on the main board so I'm curious to know what people's responce will be.
