What's on YOUR Menu for Tuesday

How is everyone today? I'm good. I had to go to Vitamin Shoppe for B-12's and Power crunch bars and ended up stopping by Big Lots, Dollar Tree, and Cato. That was not part of the plan but I love to shop.
My menu~
B~ 2 slices of turkey bacon
S~ 8 oz water with a scoop of protein
L~5 thin slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese and 1 tsp. FF mayo wraped in lettuce & 1 pickle spear.
D~ Gordans baked fish filet and 4 cumcuber slices dipped in tsp. of lite ranch
S~ 6 oz Choc. cc milk

Protein~ 62
Water: 30 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: walk in the park.. found out the trail we go through is a mile and half.

B-egg, cheese and 3 slices of bacon on a english muffin, and 2 sausage links.
L-chipped beef gravy on a biscuit, a few bites of corn
D-1 can tuna and a few crackers
water is good
exercise was walking at work probably only about a mile and a half.

can we say "bad food day"? ug. i just want to get back on track! my problem today was identifiable: no real meals in the morning/afternoon... which led to snacking and bad choices for dinner.
8:00am~ 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt
9:00am ~ Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedge
12:00pm~ 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt
3:00pm~ 1/3 c. light sugar free icecream with a slice of banana
4:00pm~ 1 reduced fat light string cheese
7:00pm~ Quesadilla- 1 small mission carb balance wheat tortilla w/ 1/3 c. finely shredded reduced fat cheese melted on top in a dry pan, 1 tsp. salsa
Yeah, so basically I have almost hit my carb limit and dont have nearly enough protein!

I might throw in a Nectar drink tonight, with 1 & 1/2 scoops... if I do my totals will look more like this:

Thats not too bad, but I don't know if I actually will get around to drinking that protein!

I had a busy day, lots of errands to run and then I had physical therepy. Boy they are starting to really work my butt off
Anyway here is my menu for the day:
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat Cottage Cheese and 10 grapes
Lunch: 1C CC Chocolate Milk w/1scoop of Isopure
Dinner: Small Wendy's Chilli w/1 oz lowfat cheedar and 2 saltines
Snack: 1oz String Cheese
Stats:

Fat: 18 grams
Carbs: 44 grams (I need tio stay under 50)
Protein: 78 grams
