I was wondering if we could all work together and try to create a healthy shopping list. I keep buying the same items and I am getting bored and making bad choices. What do YOU buy? What is yummy & healthy? I will start fruit cheese meat sandwich meat turkey bacon eggs nuts crystal light sugar free popsicles sugar free ice cream bars decaf coffee sugar free hot chocolate low carb tortilla sprouted bread

I can't wait to read all the new ideas My average list: Carb/Sugar Control Dannon Yogurt Perdue Pre-made Turkey Meatballs Shaved deli turkey Laughing Cow Light Cheese Light String Cheese Fat Free Cream Cheese Salsa Soy Crisp or Chips Pepperidge Farm low carb 7 whole grain bread Fat Free Ranch Dressing (usually I buy the dry mix) Low Fat Cottage Cheese Dole Carb Clever Peaches Blueberries Cool Whip Free No Sugar Added Frozen Fruit Bars No Sugar Added Icecream Bars Diet Ocean Spray (not light!, but the diet- there is a BIG calorie difference) Crystal Light to-go Carb Councious Lean Cusines (i will only eat the meat) Sun-dried tomato pesto Power Crunch Bars South Beach Diet Wraps Mission Low Carb Whole wheat tortillas Hormell No-Bean Turkey Chili Romaine Lettace Hearts

My menu's are so boring everyday. I also eat the same things over and over but this is my shopping list.. Lean Ground beef.. I make up patties, wrap them indivisualy in foil and freeze them and cook them in my george forman grill. Gordans grilled fish filets Lean ham and turkey cold cuts Skinless and boneless chicken thighs Tyson precooked chicken breast and steak strips.. easy to heat, high protein and good Turkey bacon Brown and serve turkey sausage patties Tuna Eggs 2 % cheese slices String cheese Low carb wheat bread Lettuce Cucumbers Frozen broccoli Lite or FF dressing Q Smart bars SF popsicles SF Kool aid Propel Carb countdown regular and chocolate milk. Thats it! Looking back, I notice that I really need to add fruit to my diet. I'll add some on my next shopping trip. Thanks for doing this! Kay

what a great idea! Thank you thank you thank you! I sooo needed this post, i have been getting very bored with my choices to the point i am not eating because i have no interest! this is fantastic! the only thing i can add to these lists is luna bars...they really help on the go, which i am all the time between work, school, and a kid! Okay, I sware I'm not anal retentive when it comes to my grocery list... hahahahaha.. YEAH RIGHT!!! You can see everthing that is on my daily list to Wal-Mart... plus some! LOL I made up a Word Document and below are 2 screen captures of what it looks like. When someone sees we are running low or they need something, it gets highlighted here.
