I was wondering if we could all work together and try to create a healthy shopping list. I keep buying the same items and I am getting bored and making bad choices. What do YOU buy? What is yummy & healthy?

My menu's are so boring everyday. I also eat the same things over and over but this is my shopping list..
Lean Ground beef.. I make up patties, wrap them indivisualy in foil and freeze them and cook them in my george forman grill.
Gordans grilled fish filets
Lean ham and turkey cold cuts
Skinless and boneless chicken thighs
Tyson precooked chicken breast and steak strips.. easy to heat, high protein and good
Turkey bacon
Brown and serve turkey sausage patties
Tuna
Eggs
2 % cheese slices
String cheese
Low carb wheat bread
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Frozen broccoli
Lite or FF dressing
Q Smart bars
SF popsicles
SF Kool aid
Propel
Carb countdown regular and chocolate milk.
Thats it! Looking back, I notice that I really need to add fruit to my diet. I'll add some on my next shopping trip.

what a great idea! Thank you thank you thank you! I sooo needed this post, i have been getting very bored with my choices to the point i am not eating because i have no interest! this is fantastic! the only thing i can add to these lists is luna bars...they really help on the go, which i am all the time between work, school, and a kid!

Okay, I sware I'm not anal retentive when it comes to my grocery list... hahahahaha.. YEAH RIGHT!!! You can see everthing that is on my daily list to Wal-Mart... plus some! LOL I made up a Word Document and below are 2 screen captures of what it looks like. It does fit on one page, but I had to do it 2 captures.

We keep this list up on the frig and a highlighter is nearby. When someone sees we are running low or they need something, it gets highlighted here.
