Hello How is everyone today? I could be better. Last night I started feeling queasy but this morning I felt better. An hour after I ate breakfast, I felt like I had to barf but nothing came up. My tummy feels so horrible right now. I called my surgeon and he called me in a prescription for nausea. He said if I don't feel better in two days, call him or go to ER if it gets really bad. This really worries me. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a better day than I am. My menu~ B~ Boiled egg and 2 small turkey sausage patties L~ 8 oz coffee with 1/2 scoop of protein D~ 8 oz coffee with 1 scoop of protein S~ 8 oz coffee with 1/2 scoop of protein Fitday Totals: Calories~435 Fat~15 Carbs~9 Protein~66 Water: 35 oz so far Vitamins: behind but I'll catch up Exercise: none Kay

Hey Kay, I'm sorry to hear about your tummy problems. It looks like you went back to liquids for the day which is a good idea if you have any stomach irratation. Not to nag but is that coffee decaf cause that might be hurting your tummy more if it's already irratated. Hope you find what the culprit is. Don't play around, if it seems like it's not getting any better get to that ER girl!!!! Hey skinny girl!! You look great!! I love the new pic. Yes, it's decaf. The warm liquid makes it feel a little better. My surgeon said give it two days but if i don't feel better by tomorrow, i'm heading to the ER. Thanks kay

Sorry you arn't feeling well... hopefully you are back to your normal self soon! Here is what I had: B: 1 Scoop Champion Pure Whey Stack Chocolate, 1 T. Peanut butter, 1" of banana L: Chicken and cheese out of a burrito, 3 tortilla chips, a bit of salsa. Then ate 3 big bites of a brownie This lunch really made me step back and think about the food choices I have been making. It was brought into work and I just felt the social need to eat it, even though what I should have done is skipped it and ate what I brought! Also, could have done with out the chips and brownie! Temptation was so strong, but then again it has been ALL WEEK! After eating, I have felt guilty all day, really makes me think of how hard this lifestyle change will be for the rest of my life. There will always be temptation, everyday, I need to learn to resist... sorry about going off on my little ramble But I just had to get that out. D: 1 Scoop Nectar mixed w/ Diet Ocean Spray Citrus Splash TOTALS Cals 629 Fat 19 Carbs 43 Protein 72 Vits: Done H2O: Working on it, will be about 65oz by nights end Exercise: 20 min eliptical machine, 5 min row machine, 5 min weights.

Hi Kay: Here you have a picture of my mexican lunch today: http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e304/aglezponce/DSC00336.jpg It is Carne con Chile with is lean pork meat with a spicy mexican sauce made of tomato, onion, garlic and mexican pepper called chile de árbol. It is spicy but very good. It is accompanied by fried beans and avocado. And for dessert a banana. Remember that here in Mexico we have our heaviest meal at luch not at dinner. My Breakfast: Milshake made by milk, strawberries, protein, oatmeal, and nuts. Have a nice day Alex

Mexican food is my favorite food.. Your dinner looks delicious! My neighbors are mexican and she is always cooking and it smells so good! Tamilies (sp) are my favorite!!!

Kay, You have me worried. I'm hoping maybe you just have a little bug from this humid weather. Keep us posted on your tummy problems. I had my support group meeting today & for some reason I tend to eat more on those days..go figure. Here's what I've had: B: powercrunch bar S: none this morning L: special kay extra protein cereal with 1/2 banana & organic skim milk S: Pria protein bar before workout, 1/2 banana after workout D: 2, yes 2, tacos,,,,I was really hungry for some reason I probably won't snack anymore because I had 2 tacos for dinner water is almost done vitamins done workout at gym done

B-1 slice turkey bacon L-meatball with about 1/8 cup pasta S-sf popsicle D-tortilla soup w/low carb tortilla strips S-sf ice cream or a peach Kay..I sure hope that you feel better. Please keep us informed.I know we will worry.
