Staying true to my increasing carbs and not going on fitday I have no clue what my totals are. I do know however that my blackouts have ceased since I upped my carbs. I picked a GREAT time to do this since it is right before AF comes to visit and I go on carb binges then anyway. My menu~ B: 12oz black coffee (caramel flavor), 8oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop protein (over ice) L: 4oz egg beaters with diced onions and peppers S: about 1oz of my daugter's bagel chips D: 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 2oz ham, 2oz egg beaters Dawn

Dawn, I am glad to hear that your blackouts have stopped! I know how scary they can be and its no way to live... so I am happy you have taken control of the situation

Thank you for your concern. I think it is better sometimes to speak up about a situation and deal with flaming or rude comments then to suffer in silence. Even though I don't think anyone really "flamed" me....recently anyway. Dawn

I made a decison not to weigh myself for about a week and a half. I don't want anything to make me change what I am doing. Truth is I am under 20 pounds from my docs goal as it is, so if I didn't loose for a few weeks and instead got healthier I think I would be okay with that. I mean we still have a good 12 mons of loosing ahead of us if we play our cards right. Dawn

B-water L-beef brisket about 4 oz and a few bites of green bean casserole D-nothing, not hungry at all, I wasnt feeling very good either and dozed off and on. water is about 70 oz vitamins before bed exercise was about 2 miles today. Hi Kay. Hope you feel better! It really is the pits when you're not feeling well. I really need to start posting my meu more often. I've been busy lately, but if I have the time to check email, well then dammit I have time to post my menu (me yelling at myself)! I write down my meals days in advance, but lately I've been going over carbs. What the hell is wrong with me??? I need to simmer down on the carb intake....crackers. Here's what I had: 12 a.m. (at work)- 1.5 chicken tenders w/ salad and 1 tbsp of lite drsg and 3 cucumbers 4 a.m.- 1/2 Luna Bar and friggin' sour & cream potato chips....damn them! 11 a.m.- New Whey Test tube..25 g protein 5 p.m.- Iced coffee w/ 1.5 scoops Unjury 9 p.m.- RF cheese square w/ 15 pretzel goldfish Exercise: worked out w/ my cute ass trainer Vitamins: Done Fluids: 100 oz. Down with unnecessary CARBS!! April

tea to take my meds B choclate/banana protein shake S piece of cheddar L 2 oz sole stuffed with crab sprinkled with parm cheeese S nuts D out to Red Lobster with friends..I ate the seafood stuffing from the mushrooms (appetizer) and I ate the baby shrimps and scallops off my seafood caesar salad and a tiny bit of the greens and took the rest home to finish later S some of the leftover salad but it was going limp and just didnt appeal to me anymore..blech! vitamins, calcium, iron and B12 2 litres of water 90 grams of protein Nancy B
