Hey guys.. How are you?? I'm good. I'm on my way out the door so I'm gonna post this early. I feel sooo much better today! My menu~ B~ 4 oz carb and sugar control yoguart S~ 10 oz coffee with a scoop of protein L~ 2 oz boiled shrimp sprinkled w/ garlic and few no cal butter sprays S~ 3 fresh cherries D~ Baked boneless, skinless chicken thigh and 4 cucumber slices dipped in tsp. of lite ranch. Fitday Totals: Calories: 376 Fat: 11 Carbs: 13 Protein: 55 Vitamins: on track Water: 35 oz so far Exercise: will walk a mile after dinner Have a nice evening kay

I just finished my dinner so I thought I'd share my menu Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese & 10 grapes Lumch: 1 lowfat low carb garlic & herb tortilla & 1/2C chicken almond grape salad Snack: 1C CC Chocolate Milk w/1 scoop of Isopure Dinner: 1/2 can albacore tuna, 1tbs lfmayo 1tbs dill relish, Cheese Quasadilla made with lowfat lowcarb torillia and 1oz of lowfat cheedar. B: 4 oz Carb/Sugar Control Yogurt L: 4 ritz w/ 2 oz Thai Tuna on top S: 2 ritz w/ 1 oz Thai Tuna on top S: 1/2 packet of protein pudding, 10 blueberries, a bit of free whip D: 2 oz deli turkey w/ FF cream cheese S: 8 FF Pringles S: the rest of my protein pudding CAN YOU SAY SNACK ATTACK! Totals: Cals 610 Fat 18 Carbs 44 Protein 66

I slept soooo good today after wor****pt waking up thinking it was time for me to get up! I work night shift, so my times I eat are wacky... Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese and strawberries 4 a.m.- 6 oz. carb freedom yogurt, 1 oz. soy crisps, some CC choc. milk later 10 a.m.- French vanilla protein drink 5 p.m.- Lean Cuisine dinner- all of chicken and 1/2 of broccoli and potatoes 9 p.m.- 1 cheese stick, 2 garlic herb triscuits Exercise- 40 mins at gym b4 docs appt. Vitamins- check Fluids- 100 oz. April
