How's everyone enjoying this HOT Friday afternoon?? I'm happy the weekend is finally here. Who has exciting weekend plans? We are just going with the flow with some friends.. nothing really planned.
My menu~
B~ 4 oz carb/sugar control yogart and 1 slice of turkey bacon
S~ 8 oz decaf with a scoop of protein
L~ 5 thin slices of turkey, a slice of 2% pepperjack cheese rolled up and 1 pickle spear
D~1/4 c. lean ground beef mixed in a 1/4 c. manwitch sauce on 1/2 slice of wheat toast
S~ 6 oz Choc. cc milk
Fitday totals:
Calories~ 522
Fat~ 21
Carbs~ 23
Protein~ 60
Water: only 20 oz so far.. shame on me.
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: one mile walk and going swimming tonight

water is not so good, I have been slacking today, probably just around 32 oz.

exercise was not much of anything, just cleaning.

Hi Guys:
I have a wedding shower to attend tomorrow, but that's the extent of my weekend plans.
I made a bad mistake today--I skipped lunch & I'm paying for it now with a beastly headache. I had a Dr. appt. today and then 100 errands to run, by time I looked at the clock it was 5:00 & hubby gets home for dinner at 6:00. So I just waited till then to eat--big mistake!!!!
B: Powercrunch bar
S: 1/2 banana
L: nothing
S: none
D: 1/2 chef salad w/Italian dressing--didn't eat quite 1/2 because my head hurt so badly
S: probably none--think I'm going to take some tylenol and go to bed
Water--thought I had gotten enough, but the head sure is hurting

exercise: extra hard workout at the gym today
My eating sucks lately so I am gonna put it out her and have y'all tell me to get my act together.

D - 1/4 salmon burger, 1 tbsp creamed corn, 1 slice beet, 1/2 freezer pop
S - here's the freaking kicker ... 4 sugar free reeses pb cups
this night eating is killing me .. I am sure that I will have a serving of triscuits before I got to bed, damn carbs. I need better control.

Water: drank 104 oz. so far - sweated out 103 ounces of water in unairconditioned Hurricane Rita house we were repairing.
Vitamins: done
Exercise: painted 3 ceilings, taped and floated edges of closet sheetrock, painted a bathroom, painted a living room, washed painting equipment, washed sheetrock equipment; drove 1 1/2 hrs. home, unloaded truck, unpacked, bathed dog
Hope this counts; my neck and arm muscles are in great shape from 5 days of this work!

Hi Kay! Not really alot planned here since they are forecasting it to be in the hundreds all weekend but Saturday I am going to "Crazy Days" where you can get really good baragins and then going to a friends in the afternoon and attending a stampin up party. Nothing planned for Sunday yet. Should be fun! Well here is my menu for today
B nothing
L 1 cup of chix salad from mexican resturant but didnt eat any of the shell since its deep fried. Threw the rest of the salad out.
S 1 cup of lettuce salad with chix and western dressing
Water: umm 40oz. I have to work on this one
Vitamins: 1 childrens chewable and B-12 (500mgs)
Exercise: 15 min on eliptical, 30 minutes on treadmill and crunches
