How is everyone doing today? I'm good. We have had a lazy but relaxing day today. Our friends came over and we have been chillin the the living room watching movies and playing cards.

B~ 1 egg omlet w/ ham and cheese
L~ 8 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein
S~100 calorie pack of sunchips
D~ 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and dab of mustard wraped in a lettuce leaf & one pickle spear
S~ 8 oz coffee with 1/2 scoop of protein

I went to Walmart for groceries this morning and washed clothes, semi-repacked for our trip to Houston to the Astros game tomorrow for my son's birthday and picked stuff up and most important: took an almost 2 hr. nap.
B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ Splenda pears
S: a few pecans
L: 1/2 serving soy chips and 1/4 cheese dip
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
D: 2 oz. steak and lima beans
Vitamins: done
Water: 64 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: walking in walmart, doing chores, no formal exercise today

Wassssup??
My Saturday consisted of standing in the heat for hours waiting in line for my son to get his football pads and gear...yuck. After that I came home and had to vacuum my pool...yuck again! I guess I got some color though because I have tan lines.
My menu~
B: 8oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop protein, 12oz coffee, 2 packets splenda....over ice (this is my new addiction........thanks Kristi D!!!!!!)
L&D: (I ate at 4, too late to be lunch but kinda early for dinner...but it was so calorie filled I'm going to say that it sufficed as both though) Boneless chicken breast w/melted 2% pepperjack cheese and sauteed red onions
Vitamins done, no gym today, over 80oz water.

Took baby Grace to the doc today. She has ear infections, bronchitis - the croup. Poor kiddo. Then I took the two new foster girls shopping.
I ate like crap today.

HI! I just got back from a 12 hour day spent at Six Flags... I was concerned about fitting in rides and I fit fine.
Today was not a typical day of eating, but actually worked well.
