Heyyy Peeps How is everyone doing today? I'm good. We have had a lazy but relaxing day today. Our friends came over and we have been chillin the the living room watching movies and playing cards. I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday! My Menu~ B~ 1 egg omlet w/ ham and cheese L~ 8 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein S~100 calorie pack of sunchips D~ 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and dab of mustard wraped in a lettuce leaf & one pickle spear S~ 8 oz coffee with 1/2 scoop of protein Fitday Totals: Calories~ 593 Fat~ 23 Carbs~ 28 Protein~ 66 Vitamins.. on track Water... 35 oz so far Exercise... one mile walk Have a nice evening kay

I went to Walmart for groceries this morning and washed clothes, semi-repacked for our trip to Houston to the Astros game tomorrow for my son's birthday and picked stuff up and most important: took an almost 2 hr. nap. B: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ Splenda pears S: a few pecans L: 1/2 serving soy chips and 1/4 cheese dip S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte D: 2 oz. steak and lima beans Vitamins: done Water: 64 oz. so far, more to go Exercise: walking in walmart, doing chores, no formal exercise today Karla 337/227/150

Wassssup?? My Saturday consisted of standing in the heat for hours waiting in line for my son to get his football pads and gear...yuck. After that I came home and had to vacuum my pool...yuck again! I guess I got some color though because I have tan lines. My menu~ B: 8oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop protein, 12oz coffee, 2 packets splenda....over ice (this is my new addiction........thanks Kristi D!!!!!!) L&D: (I ate at 4, too late to be lunch but kinda early for dinner...but it was so calorie filled I'm going to say that it sufficed as both though) Boneless chicken breast w/melted 2% pepperjack cheese and sauteed red onions Vitamins done, no gym today, over 80oz water. My totals~ Cals: 434 Fat: 10 Carbs: 15 Protein: 69 Dawn

Well, like normal, right around 10pm I got hungery....not sure if it was head hunger or not since it had been 6 hours since I ate. Anyway I had~ 1 teaspoon PB 1 cup salad, 2 teaspoons light done right dressing, 1 tablespoon bacos Imm. bacon bits Dawn

LND: 1/2 lunchables S: Choco chip cookie B: rice krispies S: yogurt L: Turkey Sausage S: meat and cheese out of a lunchables S: 3 bites of PBJ from Isaiah D: roast pork S: margarita baby!!! water: ok Vits: good Exercise: playing at the park with Isaiah, three loads of laundry, cleaned livingroom, vacumed, mopped kitchen and bath.

B~nada was on the run. L~1oz deer summer sausage. S~one cheddar-mozzarella string cheese, and deli slice turkey D~two oz meat balls, two bites green beans, one cheese stick and on and a half onion rings. Fluids~106 oz Supplements~done Exercise~running around shopping and taking care of business, scraping paint on the outside of the cafe(100+degrees. Stupid or what?) Hazel

Hi Kay, Took baby Grace to the doc today. She has ear infections, bronchitis - the croup. Poor kiddo. Then I took the two new foster girls shopping. I ate like crap today. B - protein latte L- few almonds D - Jr. Sonic Burger 1/3 of the bun and most of the burger, kids order of tater tots Cals 794 Fat 45 Carb 46 Prot 53 crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap have to take my prenatal at bed, missed my calcium fluid - 54 no exercise - going to bed now - maybe I will exercise there :wink: God Bless! HI! I just got back from a 12 hour day spent at Six Flags... I was concerned about fitting in rides and I fit fine. Today was not a typical day of eating, but actually worked well. B: Test Tube New Whey Protein L: 1 oz Turkey, 1 oz Cheese, Mustard... rolled up, 3 ruffles S: Test Tube New Whey Protein S: 10 oz Carb Coundown Chocolate Milk TOTALS Cals 446 Fat 14 Carbs 10 Protein 70 Vits: Done Water: Drank pleanty all day Excersie: Walked, walked, walked.

Yeahhh, You fit! I read your post on the main board and was hoping everything worked out. I looked at your pic and said, She is small.. she will fit just fine. I cant wait til I get down more so we can go back to disney world!! Thats exciting news mary!! Kay
