Good Evening How are you all doing this evening? I'm good. After church we came home and ate lunch then strolled around the mall. I'm now home to chill out the rest of the day and get ready for Big Brother!! My menu~ B~ 12 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein S~ 4 oz FF cc milk with 1/2 scoop of protein L~ Baked chicken thigh, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes (bad but so good) & a tiny salad with red onions, cucumbers and lite ranch D~5 thin slices of turkey and 1 slice of 2% pepperjack cheese rolled up Fitday Totals: Calories~ 527 Fat~ 17 Carbs~ 25 Protein~ 67 Vitamins: on track Water: 30 oz so far Exercise: none except walking in mall Have a nice evening, Kay

Hi Kay. I stayed in bed today until 3, and now I'm at my parents house for dinner. Goin home early to clean house...sounds fun! Here's what I had: Brunch: 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese, 1 turkey sausage patty, 1/2 pc. toast S: Blue Bunny Carb Freedom yogurt w/ 1 oz cheese and some multigrain crackers D: 2 oz. pork chops, fried cabbage, 1 small piece of fried cornmeal bread...it was good! Maybe I'll have a SF/FF fudge pop later April

Didn't make it to church this morning. Had to go get the paint for the outside of the restaurant. Even as hot as it is, I am going to have to kick it in and get it done. The 100th anniversary celebration is only a month away. B~nada L~1/2 cheeseburger(2 1/2 oz hamburger and 1/2oz cheese) S~10 almonds D~2oz boneless pork rib(plain) 1/4cup green beans seasoned with onion and tomatoes, 1/4 cup mac salad. (like with the mashed potatoes, not the best choice, but so good) Fluids~98oz Supplements done. Exercise~Shopping and then carrying 20 gallons of paint from the van to the very back of the restauran****ered the tomatos and flowers twice. Hazel

Hi all! Today was very relaxing. I took a nap, which I never ever do... Heres todays food: B: Slept through it. L: Skipped S: Sugar Free Frozen Fruit Bar D: "Pizza" (1 mission low carb whole grain tortilla, tsp spaghetti sauce, reduced fat cheddar, a few turkey peperonis)... I only ate about 80% of it and it took a long while to eat. S: New Whey Test Tube Protein S: Vanilla Carb Control Yogurt w/ 5 blueberries S: 1 C. CC Choco Milk Looks like a lot of snacks, but mainly they were all fluids and/or soft foods. TOTALS Cals 533 Fat 21 Carbs 29 Protein 56

tea to take my meds B protein shake S cheese and some black cherries L nothing S cheese and carrot stix D small caesar salad (I chewed it really fine but Im not sure how I got it all down) 1 crabcake (small) took the other two crab cakes home for later S it was later so I ate my leftover crab cakes *grins* vitamins, iron, calcium and B12 3 litres of water Nancy B
