Whats on your MONDAY menu?



My Monday was busy. Came in from spending the night in Houston for my son's 15th birthday. I went straight to work... My summer's over! Pretty much visited to catch up at work today. Worked 10-4 w/ a 1 1/2 hr. lunch. I generally don't get to do that, but tomorrow is my first official day back. I go to the dr. for my 6 month ck. up in the morning, so I was going to miss over 1/2 day of work, so I made it up ahead of time today. I'm leaving now to go see my nephew who had surgery on his ankle today.
On the menu:
B: 1 1/2 eggs & 1 piece of bacon
S: AchievOne Cappucino
L: Salad w/ boiled shrimp & cajun ranch dressing
S: Chinese chicken salad (didn't go down well - threw up part of it)
D: steak, asparagus wrapped w/ prosciutto
Vitamins: done
Water: 52 oz. so far, much more to go
Exercise: nada

My 6 months follow up went good. He's proud of my weight loss. My labs are ok except my protein levels are a little low. He says to aim for 75 grams a protein a day! I really need to work on that starting tomorrow. I've been getting between 60 and 65 everyday.
My menu
B~ None
L~ Half of the insides of a 6" sub from subway.. roast beef, turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, onions, cucumbers and mustard
S~ a slice of ham and a slice of turkey from my sub at lunch
D~Baked chicken leg (no skin) and 4 cucumber slices w/ tsp. lite ranch
Water: 40 oz so far, Vitamins: on track and Exercise: picking apples and peaches

Hi! My Monday was pretty good. It was soooo hot outside, so I opted to stay in and clean a little. Tomorrow will be even worse
. Here's what I had today:
B- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese w/ sliced strawberries and splenda
S- New Whey protein, 2 pcs. almond crunch
L- english muffin pizza made w/ 1/2 whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp pizza sauce, 6 pepperoni and 5 cucumber slices w/ drsg....the pizza was sooooo good. Way better than when i used a tortilla
D- chicken, broccoli, and some pasta from a Healthy Choice meal
S- New Whey protein, 2 ritz crackers and 1 garden herb triscuit
Exercise- step class using 2 tiers and 2 steps! I'm gettin good! 180 crunches
Fluid- 88 oz.
