What's On YOUR MENU for Tuesday?

How's everyones week going so far? Mine is good. I went to walmart today to do some school shopping for my daughter and that's about all I did. It's too dang hot to do anything else.
I got my labs yesterday and everything is good except my protein levels are a lil low. He wants me to aim for 75 grams a day. Today I made sure I got protein in. Now I have to make sure I do this everyday! Ok enough of me yappin..
My menu~
B~ 12 oz Coffee, 4 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein
L~ Chicken salad.. 2 oz of canned chicken breast, 1 hb egg, 1 tbs. ff mayo & 1 tsp. relish wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
D~ Baked Gordans fish filet and 4 broiled med. shrimp
S~ 6 oz FF cc milk with 1/2 scoop protein
Fitday Totals:
Calories~ 522
Fat~ 11
Carbs~ 13
Protein~ 89
Water: 48 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: will walk a mile after dinner

Kay - You're right, it's hot today. Normal for a summer Texas day. That's why I haven't ventured out yet into the heat other than back and forth to car. I'm fixing to go walking, so I'll get hot then. Gotta get back into my routine after being gone a lot lately.
On the menu:
B: 1/4 breakfast quesadilla (lo carb tortilla)
L: 1/2 c Tuna melt sandwich w/ tomatoes and cheese minus the bread and 1/4 meatball from Veronica's plate (yummy and soft) and 1 bite dill pickle. Lusted after chocolate ice cream, but just looked and didn't touch.
S: 1/2 Luna bar
S: 1 bite of chocolate cake my son had made when I got home & Iced Mocha Latte Protein drink
D: 1/2 Bean/cheese tostada made w/ lo carb tortilla
Vitamins: done
Water: 80 oz. so far
Exercise: Leaving to walk 2 miles in a few minutes

Hi Kay. I forgot to post my menu last night. And good job w/ getting all your protein in! Here's what I had....I worked night shift last night:
12 a.m.- LF cottage cheese w/ strawberries sliced with splenda
3:30 a.m.- 1 SB Bar...nice treat and 8 oz. CC choc milk
10:00 a.m.- Hot chocolate
6:00 p.m.- 3 oz. salmon w/ 5 cucumber slices
9:30 p.m.- 1 oz RF cheese and 15 pretzel goldfish
Late night snack- 4 saltines w/ a little PB
.....wasn't really that hungry and could've made a better choice
