Hello everyone How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I'm going out of town tomorrow for a few days so I stayed home to do laundry and pack. I hope everyone had a nice day!! My menu~ B~ 2 slices of turkey bacon S~ 8 oz decaf with a scoop of protein L~ 2 oz Ground turkey pattie & 4 cucumber slices with a tsp. of lite ranch D~ Baked Chicken leg (no skin) & 1/4 C. boiled chopped broccoli w/ cheese S~ 4 oz FF cc milk with 1/2 a scoop of protein My Fitday Totals: Calories~ 515 Fat~ 19 Carbs~ 12 Protein~ 76 Water: 40 oz so far Vitamins: on track Exercise: my usual one mile walk after dinner Have a nice night Kay

2nd day of behaving well: B-South Beach bar L-Spinach salad & cottage cheese S-nuts D-1/2 salsberry steak & green beans S-Mootopia choco milk

Have a great time Kay you deserve it!! B-nothing L-a small chicken breast with bread crumbs and cheddar cheese spkrinkled on and baked, a few bites mashed ptotatoes and a few bites cheddar broccoli soup S-rest of the soup from lunch D-sont know yet, but I have a strange feeling in my tummy and I think it may be dehydration.....arrrrggghhhh water isnt the best but I am at about 32 oz vitamins before bed exercise was about 2 miles at work Take care all, Steph

Hi Kay. You're always going on vacation! I wish I could do that! Hope you enjoy yourself. Today was too hot to do anything besides sit in the house...that's what I did. Here's what I had today: B- 3/4 c. Special K Protein Plus cereal w/ 8 oz. CC 2% milk L- 2.5 oz. tuna salad w/ 5 mulitgrain crackers, 4 cucumber slices and lite drsg, 2 pcs. cashew crunch, and some CC choc. milk 1/2 hr. later D- 3 oz. steak from crockpot, 5 cucumber slices w/ lite drsg S- New Whey protein test tube and had some graham crackers a little later Have a good night everyone. I'm at wor****il 7 a.m...... April

Everyone always tells us that we are always on the go. We like to take lil short last minute trips. It looks like I'm not the only one enjoying cucumber slices and lite dressing right now.. I'm hooked.

Kay, you are doing so well with your protein intake! Way to go!!! I on the other hand... I have been not so hot lately... thinking of starting a protein challenge. B: 4 oz CC Choco Milk, 4 oz Vanilla Carb Control Yogurt (eaten an hour apart) L: Power Crunch Bar S: 4 oz Peach Carb/Sugar Control Yogurt D: 1.5 oz Thai Pepper Tuna, 3 ritz crackers F: New Whey Liquid Protein Vial S: Few bites of LF Cake... wasn't too impressed, never am with cake. TOTALS: Cals: 653 Fat 25 Carbs 37 Protein 65 Exercise: Nope Fluids: Yep, discovering Peach Tea CL helped with this today Vits: done

Thanks Mary! A protein challenge is a great idea. My surgeon scared me yesterday we he starteed talking about the effects of not geting enough protein in. He said I NEED at least 75 grams a day right now so thats what my goal is everyday. I am going out of town tomorrow until Sunday night and want to know if you will do the menu post for me til I get back. I will have internet access but I know we will be doing stuff and I won't get online til really late. Let me know if you can!!! Thanks KAY

I will try to develop some sort of Protein Challenge over the weekend and will start it on Sunday night or Monday morning And, of course I will post for you while you are off having fun! I am jealous though
