Kay is off galivanting around having fun, so I am posting till she returns...
Hows everyones Thursday? I am excited that tomorrow is Friday! I have a very lesuirely weekend planned... any movies you think I should rent???
Heres what I have had so far today:
B: "Elvis Shake" (1 scoop choco protein powder, 1" banana, 1 tbs peanut butter)
L: 4 oz Carb/Sugar Control Yogurt, 1 Light Laughing Cow French Cheese Wedge
D: (will have) Lean Cuisine Cheesy Chicken

Here's what I've had today:
Breakfast: My usual - 1/2C low fat cottge cheese and 10 green grapes
Lunch: Luna Bar (I was running to PT)
Snack: Protein Shake - 1 c CC Chocolate Milk and 1 scoop Isopure
Dinner: Big salad with alpine lace cheese, turkey breast, carrots, black olives and ff Ceaser Dressing. 1 lf lc Herb & Garlic Tortilla with 2 tbs Artichoke & Garlic Hummus
Good thing I don't have to see anyone tonight, I've had alot of garlic
Vitamins and iron done
Lots of fluid over 100 oz

Since I totally was off yesterday- stuffed my face with nothing but sugar and carbs, I am totally on protein...
B- Shake
S- 1/2 atkins bar
L- 1 atkins bar
S- 1/2 atkins bar
D- Shake
S- another shake probably....
I can't believe I was so awful yesterday... but its only one day and today is brand new so got back on the wagon

L: 1 1/2 oz. steak & 1/4 c cottage cheese w/ splenda pears
D: 1 small piece hbg. pizza w/ toppings
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda (my cousin said it tastes like cheesecake - I'm going to have it in a little while - I'll see!)
Vitamins: In
Water: 88 oz.
Exercise: NO! I'm so tired from going in and out of Houston 4 days in a row and working 3 of them & getting in from support group after 10:30 last night I'm trying to rest some tonight

I'm having a good time in SC with family and friends. Thought I'd take a min and come check the boards and post my menu. We walked 2 1/2 miles with my mom and my legs are killing me but proud I did it.
My menu~
B~ 1 slice wheat toast sprayed with no cal. butter and 2 small turkey sausage patties
L~ 12 oz Decaf with a scoop of protein
D~ Salad with chicken breast strips, cheese, cucumbers, baby carrots, red onion and 1 tbs. lite ranch
S~ 4 oz FF CC milk with 1/2 scoop protein
Fitday Totals:
Calories~ 568
Fat~ 17
Carbs~ 22
Protein~ 81
Vitamins.. on track
Water.. 64 oz so far
Exercise.. 2 1/2 mile walk

Hey Everyone! Yes...I'm glad it's Friday tomorrow. We'll be celebrating one of our coworkers leaving our unit tomorrow, so we're all going out to dinner. It'll be fun...it's a fun group of girls. Here's what I had....I've been working nights:
12 a.m.- 1/2 LF cottage cheese w/ sliced strawberries and splenda
4 a.m.- 1 LF cheese stick w/ 15 goldfish pretzels, 1 Carb & Sugar Control yogurt
7 a.m.- QSmart bar
11 a.m.- protein hot chocolate w/ lite whipped cream....yummmmmm
2 p.m.- woke up feeling snacky....crackers and pretzels
6 p.m.- 4 oz. steak, 3 cucumber slices w/ lite ranch drsg
I had a really good workout session w/ my cute trainer....he keeps me motivated!

It is good. Here is how I make it.
8 oz milk
Handfull of ice cubes
1 heaping tsp of sanka
1 scoop of almond coconut protein (Protein Delite brand)
Put it in the blender and blend ....
top it with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles ... oh no I really do not do that but doesn't that make it sound soooooo yummy??????
