Here are my answers.
1. Had a babyshower for one of the girls from the church on Saturday. Saturday night DH and I went shopping and then out to dinner and then shopping some more. We had a birthday party for one of the daughters yesterday. I went grocery shopping and then cooked on the grill.
2. Only in the am - always have my protein latte.
3. Went shoppping, bought 3 bras and 2 pair of capris for $35.00 - what a steal!
4. As a kid going on picnics and swimming in the creeks or going to the "local" amusement park.

1. What did you do this weekend?
Saturday me, DH, and the kids went to the beach and on the boardwalk
Sunday we went to church and lounged around the rest of the day
2. Do you have a routine as far as eating goes?
Same as you...only breakfast...I have my protein coffee thing
3. What was the last thing you did for yourself?
Umm...about a week and a half ago I bought two pairs of jeans
4. What is your favorite summer memory?
going to the jersey shore with my mom and walking on the boardwalk...of course we bought some sugar filled delights everytime as well.

1. What did you do this weekend?
Friday: went out to dinner- one of my roomates moved out, so we had a farewell dinner- best post op meal yet
Saturday: went to the mall, but it was quite the adventure as the metro (subway) was out of commission, so all in all it took like 6 hours!
Sunday: nothing all day long. watched some movies, lounged around. then went to a diner party at a friends house- which was very low key.
Overall, a wonderful weekend... next weekend my friends from hom (CA) are comming to visit me here (in DC)
Can't wait!
2. Do you have a routine as far as eating goes?
Yep... time wise and food wise. I almost always eat breakfast and lunch at the same time. Breakfast is always the same thing (yogurt & cheese). Lunches dont vary much either (deli meat, tuna, or cottage cheese). Dinner is always the wild card. I never know when or what for dinner.
3. What was the last thing you did for yourself?
I scheduled a manicure for wednesday. It is much needed!
4. What is your favorite summer memory?
My mom taught swim lessons in our pool when I was growing up and I would just sit in the pool on the opposite side and watch her teach and cool off. Pretty much occupied all of my summers growing up.

~ We went to SC and spent time with family and friends. We did a lot of shopping and spent one day at the beach.
2. Do you have a routine as far as eating goes?
~Nope, I just pick foods that are high in protein and aim for 75 grams.
3. What was the last thing you did for yourself?
~ Bought new clothes this weekend.. I really needed them.
4. What is your favorite summer memory?
~ When I as 12, I spent my summer with my grandma in Tenn. 2 other cousins came from GA and we had the best time!!
Now every fathers day my family rents condo's on the beach and spend time together.

Here are my answers to your questions
1. What did you do this weekend? I stayed home and nursed my cold. I'm much better now
2. Do you have a routine as far as eating goes? I do for breakfast and lunch. I usually have the same thing everyday. Cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast and a protein milkshake for lunch. I don't cook and this is very easy and does't take alot of time but helps me get my protein in - 47grams by lunchtime. Not too bad
3. What was the last thing you did for yourself? I got a pedicure 2 weeks ago. Boy did that feel good
4. What is your favorite summer memory?Going down to the lakefront when I was a kid and watching the fireworks on July 4th. There was a great shrimp place and my dad would buy a couple of pounds of fried shrimp. They would put it in a brown bag,and give you a big bucket of sauce and we would sit on the lawn at Grant Part eat shrimp and watch the fireworks. It was kind of an annual tradition.





1. What did you do this weekend? I cleaned house and packed Saturday, went to my sister's house for dinner. On Sunday, went to Sunday School and church, out to eat, Walmart, and came home and rested and cooked a funeral meal and delivered it.
2. Do you have a routine as far as eating goes? I always drink 4 cups of water and take vitamins/medication before getting ready. Then I eat breakfast, snack mid-morning if I need it, eat lunch, dinner, and possibly a snack if dinner's early.
3. What was the last thing you did for yourself? bought a 3 piece Citiknits outfit and a blouse on QVC's Fall Fashion Day last Saturday.
4. What is your favorite summer memory? Floating down the Guadalupe River with my son and husband this summer.

1. What did you do this weekend? I worked till 4:30, went out with some co-workers out till 2am which is big accomplishment because at 370 I had'nt wanted to go out but now I look forward to going. After only having 3hrs sleep, went to the gym, did some shopping and went to see Taledega Nights (TOO FUNNY).
2. Do you have a routine as far as eating goes? Eat pretty much the same thing for lunch while at work: half sandwich and sometimes fruit. Dinner: chicken, fish or tuna to keep up the protein levels. Breakfast: Eggs, or chicken.
3. What was the last thing you did for yourself? I got my ears repierced, and bought some new blouses.
4. What is your favorite summer memory? Camping trip in Yosemite about 10yrs ago, can't wait to go back to camping.
