I have had the most relaxing sunday ever! How bout you? Hows the day been so far??? Heres what I've had so far today. I will post my totals later once I finish eating for the day. B: 1 C. CC Chocolate Milk L: Lean Pocket Ultra Supreme Pizza- I ate all of the insides and a few bites of the crust. So yummy. Each whole pocket has 200 calories, 21g carbs, 20g protein and are a little over 4oz for one... so perfect propotion. The crust is whole grain too, so there is fiber and a lower 'net carb' count. S: NSA Icecream Bar D: I am going to a friends house for dinner... I don't know what is being served. So tell me, what did you have today?

Glad you had a nice, relaxing Sunday. I've been going nonstop. On the menu: B: 2 slices lunch meat ham w/ 2 Tbsp. LF cream cheese & chives S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte L: 1 c Beef Fajita salad and a few bites of the shell S: a few nuts D: Taco Soup Vitamins: done Water: 72 oz. so far, more to go Exercise: what's exercise? It's Sunday. Thank heavens God said to rest - that's a good excuse not to exercise on Sundays! Karla

Hi all! My day was okay. I slept in since I didn't get in until really late last night. But my menu was actually okay. Here's what I had: B- 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ sliced strawberries and splenda S- 12 oz. iced coffee w/ SF Kahlua flavor.....yum! And 34 g protein L- Chocolate crisp SB Bar D- 3 oz. chicken breat w/ crabmeat on top, 2 sm. potato pcs., some greek salad S- a handful of goldfish pretzels Hope everyone's weekend was good. April

the rest of my day... D: Had some broiled boneless/skinless chicken breast seasoned w/ italian herbs (only about 1.5 oz), some melted 4 cheese stuff out of a pasta dish (ate one rigatoni noodle), and a bit of broccoli w/ cheese. S: Carb Control Blueberry Yogurt F: 1 Scoop of Champion Choco Protein (mixed with h2o) S: 1 cubic inch bite of cake made from scratch TOTALS Cals~ 716 Fat~ 26 Carbs~ 45 Protein~ 69

Hey Mary I had a busy non stop day then we drove 3 hours back home. I had a fun weekend but happy to be back home. I'm gonna take a hot bath then go to sleep. My menu~ B~ 1 scrambled egg and 2 strips of turkey bacon S~ 6 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein L~ 3 Hot wings and 1/2 a small order of pinto's from Bojangles D~ 1 hot wing and the other half of my pinto's from lunch I could use some more protein but I'm sleepy and not hungry so I'll do better tomorrow. My totals: Calories~ 492 Fat~ 18 Carbs~ 24 Protein~ 64 Water.. 66 oz Vitamins.. done Exercise.. shopping and lots of walking downtown Good night everyone, Kay
