Hi Guys: My day got away from me today. I took my 80 yr old mom shopping. She has 3 broken toes, but she insisted that she still wanted to go. Let's just say we shopped til she dropped. I had breakfast before we left, but didn't get lunch until 3pm. Then dinner wasn't until 7pm...I think I still stayed in range though. B: powercrunch bar S: 2 cheese p-nut butter crackers L: 3 pieces out of 4 from a chicken quesadilla at Friendly's D: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese I haven't gotten enough water in yet, so I'll be up late trying to get it all in. Vitamins are ok. I didn't get home in time to work out, but I think the shopping counted toward my exercise. Have a great evening. Kathy

Helllloooo.... Its been awhile since I've been able to post. My menu is not too exciting: B: 3/4 square of quiche that I made last night for dinner L: from the salad bar downstairs...peas, turkey, cheese, egg - mostly the whites, red onion, few pieces spinich, 3 strawberries and a piece of pineapple salad. With organic ranch dressing. S: Flatbread cracker wtih 2 slices organic american cheese (I get these crackers at albertson/jewel or whole foods - Mr Kracker. Crispy flatbread style, one is 5g protein) D: 1/2 organic chicken patty with a slice of cheese melted on top. I;ve been working to put as many organic foods in my pouch as possible and I think it makes a difference. Cheese tastes better on everything. S: probably a sf fudgesicle. or maybe a mini shake for more protein. Ciao. T
