I have a drinking problem!
Most of what I drink during the day is Crystal Lite. I make a 2quart jug of it every morning and know that I have to drain it before bedtime. I always drink it with lots of ice and it goes down easy, especially when it's hot outside
I also take a bottle of water with me when I'm going out and make sure it's empty by the time I come home.
I typically drink about 80-90 oz a day. I just always have a glass or bottle of something right next to me and keep drinking. I even have a glass of lemonade next to me know on my desk while I'm onlne
Just keep the drinks close by and keep sipping.


My secret is my iced tea pot, I brew up 3 quarts at a time of Decaf Iced tea and sweeten with splenda. I used to drink a lot of crystal light too but I only like Raspberry and it winds up making my stomach hurt after I drink so much. I love a big glass of iced tea in the summer and I drink at least 2-3 32 oz. glasses a day. I hate water so when my nutritionist told me decaf iced tea counts I was sooo happy!
