What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday??

How's your day going? Mine is good. I had to go to wolly world to get a few things and then had to go get my books for school. I'm starting on Aug. 26th
I have been struggling with getting my fluids in and yesterday I felt like crap. It kinda scared me so I promised myself that I would do better. Then Jen said, " I dare you to drink 70 oz today"!! Now, I cant turn down a dare so I have did pretty good today compared to yesterday. Thanks for the help Jen
My menu~
B~ 8 oz Decaf with a scoop of protein
S~ 6 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein
L~ 2.5 oz Canned chicken breast and 1/4 c. chopped broccoli sprinkled with cheese
S~ 5 small cantaloupe chunks
D~ 2 oz Ground turkey patty with cheese, red onions, lettuce and 1 tsp. ff mayo
My Totals:
Calories~ 589
Fat~ 14
Carbs~ 22
Protein~ 95
Vitmains: on track
Exercise: It's raining so I'll do my 1.5 mile walking DVD after dinner
Water: 50 oz SO FAR

Hi all! Hope the day has gone well for everyone. And Kay, congrats on the protein!!! You're doing terrific! And you're doing great with the fluids as well. Here's what I had....I worked last night, so my menu starts at 12 a.m....
12 p.m.- 17 crisped turkey pepperoni, 1 string cheese, small bite of lemon cake stuff
4:30 a.m.- protein hot chocolate w/ FF whipped cream
8:30- 1 oz. jerky nuggets.....then after that I had a carb attack!!! I was tryin to stay awake after work and eating was keeping me awake
I'll be working it off tonight when I go walk for 3 miles
5:00 p.m.- chicken cesaer wrap w/ 1/2 of LC wheat tortilla, 3 cucumber slices and lite drsg (Kay!!!)
Tonight- I'll have some protein iced coffee when I get back from my walk
Vitamins- just need calcium
Exericse- going walking after dinner
Fluids- 76 oz. so far

Way to go Kay on the protein and water today. You are kicking booty! Keep it up
My meals:
B: 3 oz Cottage Cheese, 1 small black plum. I love fruit!
L: 3 oz Lemon Pepper Tuna, 3 ritz crackers... took me a long time to eat this.
S: 1/4th of a Pure Protein Bar... I bought it and didn't care for it and it wasn't worth the carbs to fini****
D: "Protein Julius" (1 Scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel, 4 oz Carb/Sugar Control Peach Yogurt, 1 tsp Splenda, Lots of Ice, a splash of water, all blended in the magic bullet)
S: (plan to have) 1 C. CC Choco Milk later tonight

I got a little worried because I lost 8 lbs in just one week--that wouldn't be bad, except that I've been feeling light headed the last few days. So I upped my protein and my carbs. I feel better today.
B: Power Crunch bar
S: a few green grapes
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: 4 cheese pnut butter crackers
D: 4 or maybe 5 ounces of filet mignon on the grill....can you say yummmmmm!!
with a few bites of whole kernel corn
I'm done eating for the evening
vitamins are done
I did an hour of water aerobics this morning and I worked out at the gym this evening so that's done too

L: 1 c taco soup w/ fresh flax seed mixed in
D: 4 tortilla chips w/ guacamole and chile con queso and salsa, 1/3 beef fajita on low carb tortilla, 2 tsp. my nieces chocolate birthday cake
S: a few pecans
Vitamins: done
Water: 84 oz.
Exercise: nada - got a pedicure after work, then went to my nieces birthday dinner
