How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Just another day. I had a few errands to run this morning and then came back home and caught up on some work.
My menu~
B~ 1 Wheat toast with ham and cheese melted on top
S~ 8 oz water with a scoop of protein
L~ 2 deviled eggs (1 egg)
S~ Few small peices of beef jerky
D~ 1 hard boiled egg and a slice of ham
S~ 8 oz Decaf with 1/2 scoop of protein
.. I've had a weird eating day!
Fitday Totals:
Calories~ 587
Fat~ 21
Carbs~ 23
Protein~ 77
Water: 44 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 1 1/2 mile walk

Hi all. Today, I woke up late and it felt good! I missed kickboxing, but I made up for it later. Here's what I had today:
B- nothing
S- 7 FF pringles, 8 oz. CC Choc. milk 1/2 hr later
L- english muffin pizza (1/2 of whole wheat english muffin, FF mozz. cheese, pizza sauce, 6 turkey pepperoni), some salad w/ RF Blue cheese and 4 croutons
S- i'm drinking protein iced coffee right now after my workout at the gym
D- I'll have 3 oz. salmon w/ some broccoli
S- 1 light&fit vanilla yogurt and a New Whey vial for the protein
Fluids- 84 oz. so far...will have some water b4 bed
Vitamins- almost done
Exercise- 30 mins. on elliptical...level 11, and 7 miles on bike....level 10....whoo, i'm pooped!

AAH! You guys don't want to know I am so out of control. This is what I have consumed so far............
1 slice raisin bread
1 cup wheat soup (mexican sopa)
1 bag of Flaming Hot cheetos 1 oz bag.
1 cup wheat soup (mexican sopa)
1/2 cup meat with chili peppers
2 cups cantaloupe and mango
1 lean cuisine pizza
4 16 oz bottles of water
1 nectar protein drink 40 g protein.
1 almond joy chocolate cookie. is this not terrible. How do I get a grip, I am going to fail if I keep this crap up..........
Exercise 2 mile walk
Exercise at Curves for 30 minutes. Kay you are awesome girl. Such discipline....

It's hard but I keep telling myself that I STILL have 95 lbs. to go til goal. That and knowing that I have to come and share my menu with you guys keep's me straight.
If it wasn't for the protein, I'm sure I would be snacking. Protein drinks keep me full.
Congrats for doing so much exercise.. I need a kick in the butt for that! I finally starting doing more than a mile walk yesterday and I keep telling myself to join curves or the Y but I'm LAZY!

Hey Kay, how's it going? I worked today and got off at 3:00. I ate 2 protein balls, got a little nauseous, and fell asleep on the couch for an hour. Now I'm up and at it again, doing laundry and final packing for my trip tomorrow to El Paso for my nephew's wedding.
On the menu:
B: 1 c Nawlins cottage cheese
S: a few nuts
L: 1 c taco soup
S: 2 protein balls
D: 2 baked chicken strips w/ LF mayo/parmesan cheese/Italian bread crumbs
S: LF ranch dip w/ a few soy chips
Vitamins: done
Water: 68 so far, more to go
Exercise: 30 minutes on bike
