It's time to come and share what you have ate today?!
I've had a typical hot day. I hope everyone is well.
My menu~
B~ 8 oz Decaf with a scoop of protein
L~ 1.5 oz Ground turkey on Lettuce topped with cheese, red onions and 1 tbs. each of sour cream and taco sauce.
S~ 3 Cantaloupe chunks
D~ Slice of ham, a slice of cheese and red onion rolled up
S~ 6 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein
Fitday Totals:
Calories~ 538
Fat~ 16
Carbs~ 18
Protein~ 81
Water~ 40 oz so far
Vitamins~ on track
Exercise~ 1.5 mile walk

It's almost Friday! Not that it means much to me because I work all weekend
. I had a great day with my trainer...just a little sore, but that's good!!! Here's what I had:
B- Special K cereal w/ 8 oz. CC RF milk
S- Pure Protein bar
L- Grilled cheese and 4 0z. light n fit yogurt
D- protein iced coffee....didn't feel like eating food
S- CC Choc milk
Fluids...need to work on them a bit
Vitamins...need to work on them a bit
Exercise...1 hour w/ trainer

LND: yogurt and string cheese
S: watermelon and popsicle
B: watermelon and a zone bar
S: grilled chicken I was still hungry about 1 hr. after the zone bar.
L: 1/2 a hamburger patty with cheese and mushrooms 3 french fries with cheese
S: none!
D: turkey wrap. very yummy!
water: good
Vits: need multi
Exercise: nada

Well my menu today was pretty boring nothing new to report:
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese and 10 grapes (My usual)
Lunch: protein shake with CC chocolate milk & 1 scoop of Isopure Dutch Chocolate
Snack: 14 almonds (about 1/2oz)
Dinner: salad with turkey & alpine lace swiss cheese, black olives, baby carrots and some pickled vegetbles (collyflower, carrots, red pepers, cucumber)
That's about it!
Vitamines and iron done
fluides - 84oz so far and still drinking
Exercise did at PT

I SAID I'd try to remember to post, so I will -- day late, dollar short, all that. Anyway -- here's my menu (which makes me feel PIGGISH comparatively). I know it sounds like all I did yesterday was eat out -- but I had two of my girls at work with me and then I had to do some school shopping last night, so we were out all day long.
B - Protein Delite White Choc Strawberry Shake
S - 8 of my daughter's plain Harvest chips
L - 4 chicken nuggets from McDonalds
S - handful of cashews
D - Some of an omelette from Denny's, few bites of a pancake
Also had 2 cups of coffee with splenda and SF Coffeemate
Don't know the fitday totals because I didn't log all that mess yesterday.
