I did something really dumb and ate a sausage pattie from a Burger King buiscit and it made my pouch feel yucky all day. I haven't had an appitite at all. I came home and looked up the calories in it and it has 15 grams of fat.. NO DANG WONDER !! Oh well that was a lesson learned.

Hi everyone! Hey Mary I have an almost Elvis shake except without the pnut butter. I need to try that....yum.
So I went to the Clark County Fair on Saturday and had a great time. I actually walked around without feeling tired at all. We parked really far away and had to walk like 1/2 mile or more to the fair. We got there at 2pm and left at 9:30pm and I was on my feet pretty much the entire time. Except for the rides which I had no problems fitting on and didn't feel too big even on the ones I had to ride with my daughter. It was so nice. Pre-surgery a few years I went to knotts berry farm and couldn't ride the free fall umbrella ride with my friend because of our combined weight (she was only 120 lbs I was 260)-that was sooo embarrassing. Now I feel victorious!
So fair food is NOT good for you so you will have to forgive a little here.....

l-inside of half a market fresh chicken salad sammy from Arby's
dinner-3 bites of teriyaki chicken (not good v. dry threw it away)
2 choc covered strawberries (omg yum),couple bites of elephant ear, piece of honey candy, some kettle and caramel corn
Late nite-1/3 totinos pepperoni pizza
OMG I was getting my sweet on for sure. Did okay till I got to the elephant ear and on.
Well I started today out better with scrambled eggs w/cheese and some milk. I am back on track. Now off to the pool!
