Hey guys I'm sorry I'm late... We were out with friends. The weather was beautiful so after church we spent the day uptown. My menu~ B~ 3 slices of Turkey bacon L~ Beef short rib, 1/4 c. collard greens and two bites of potato salad D~ Beef short rib, 1/4 c. collard greens and few bites of baked beans I didn't do my totals and know I need more protein but I'm stuffed! Vitamins.. on track Exercise.. shopping and walking updown Water: 50 oz Good night Kay

Hiya Kay Boy it's really quiet around here today isn't it Anyway here is my menu for the day: Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese and 10 grapes Lunch: Protein shake with CC chocolate milk and 1 scoop of Isopure Snack: Qsmart Bar Dinner: Leftovers from last nights dinner out 1/2 grouper fillet, 3 broccoli flowerets and 3 bites of wild rice Vitamines and iron done Exersise - did 20 minutes on the treadmill Fluids: 70oz so far and still drinking Stats on menu: Caloriries:669 Fat Grams:14 Carb Grams:51 Protien Grams:90

So, I did not have a good eating day... it could have been better... it could have been worse. I am low on the protein and just can't fit any more in tonight. B: 8 oz CC Chocolate Milk, 4 oz Carb Conrol Yogurt S: 1/2 power crunch bar, 1 tbs p'butter L: 2 oz deli turkey breast, 1 oz pepper jack cheese D: 2 oz deli chicken, 4 grapes, 4 pecans, a bit of dressing TOTALS: Cals~ 700 Fat~ 43 Ooops Carbs~ 24 Protein~ 57

Hi all! I agree with Ronna...it's definitely been quiet around these parts! But I'm sure it's been nice outside. I've been at work all weekend...working nights and sleeping days! But here's what I had: 12 a.m. 2 oz. steak w/ some salad and FF italian drsg....i've been sleeping on italian drsg, it's good! 4 a.m.- 1 string cheese w/ 5 multigrain crackers 6:30 a.m.- 1 atkins brownie bar 9:30- protein hot chocolate 5 p.m.- 1 scrambled egg w/ RF cheese, 1/2 wheat english muffin, 2 slices turkey bacon 9 p.m.- 1 RF cheese rectangle w/ 15 pretzel goldfish Vitamins- forgot calcium! Exercise- sleeping Fluids- 64 oz.
