Hello How is everyone doing today? I'm ok. I'm on the way out the door for a while so I'm gonna post a lil early. My menu~ B~ 6 oz FF cc milk with a scoop of protein L~ 1 Hard boiled egg S~ 8 oz decaf with a scoop of protein D~ Boneless pork rib, 1/4 c. collard greens and 2 tab. potato salad My totals: Calories~ 493 Fat~ 15 Carbs~ 16 Protein~ 73 Vitamins.. on track Water.. 48 oz so far Exercise.. none today Have a good day Kay

Hey Kay. Hope you have a good day. ON the menu: B: 1/2 insides of a Sonic Southwest Burrito (eggs, peppers, cheese, sausage, no tortilla) S: Achiev One Cappucino L: Chicken out of casserole, 1/4 lettuce, ranch dressing, and 1/4 green beans S: handful of peanut/almonds S: 1 1/2 protein balls D: 1/2 c chopped beef, sauce, pinto beans in low carb tortilla Vitamins: In Water: 80 oz. Exercise: nada today, back on track tomorrow - have to go watch son at football practice that started today - tomorrow I'll exercise while he's there Karla 337/226/150

Hey Kay!!! Hope you have a great evening! LND: ate a few bites of random stuff then puked. I think it was the grapes that did me in. S: nada B: protein shake S: 100k cheez nips pack L: 3oz chicken in a wrap with lettuce and tomatos S: isopure D: maybe some pollo asada since that is what I made for dinner last night and didn't even get to eat any. S: cantaloupe!!! water: great Vits: need my iron Exersize: none today

Hi Guys: I was a glutten at dinner tonight. I ate too much & got sick. I know better, but it was just soooooo good. Here's what I ate today: B: powercrunch bar S: none L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese S: Pria protein bar before workout D: a few bites of mac N cheese that my daughter had (I know better), I ate it while I was cooking dinner--haven't done that in a long time Porterhouse steak--done on the grill to absolute perfection...I just couldnt' get enough of it, pluse some whole kernel corn and to top it off I ate way tooooooo much watermelon. I threw up with the foamies. That is the first time that happened & hopefully will be the last S: none--I couldn't eat another bite if my life depended on it I'm current on vitamins and I had a good workout at the gym

Have a great night!!! B-banana L-mexican rice and beans S-a q-smart bar and a few tater chips....I know bad huh? D-a plum that was yummy and totally filled me to the gills!!! exercise was at work, all over all day!! vitamins before bed water was about 32 oz water and another 16 oz diet soda....ooops gotta get back on track Steph

Hey everyone. I finished my 4 day stretch of work...whew! I'm tired! But here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 2 oz. garlic chicken and some salad 4 a.m.- Stallone pudding w/ some SF cool whip 6:30 a.m.- Luna Bar Felt a little snacky after the gym this morning....it was a hell of a workout! 7 p.m.- 2 boneless small pork chops w/ shake n bake, 3 bites of steak, some broccoli 10 p.m.- drinking my protein iced coffee then bed!!! April

Today I had fun It was the last day my friends were in town... we walked all over DC and took a lot of pics, then went to Screen on the Green (outdoor films- tonight was Rocky). Anyway, as result of no self control and no structure in my day, my eating was horrific I will just list everything I ate, and when, though there were not many "meals" B: Skipped L: Panera- had about 4 oz broccoli cheddar soup, 1.5 oz chicken breast, 5 blueberries, 4 pecan halfs, 2 strawberries, 2 mandirin orange slices (this was off a salad w/ lite ff dressing). I was surprised I ate all this, but the soup was basically just liquid and it was 1:00pm and I haden't had a bite all day. So, I guess that helps me justify it. Now the rest of the day, there was just grazing all day, no meals 1 and 1/2 oz of dry roasted, salted peanuts 1 oz Stacys Soy Crisps 1/2 the Chicken and Sauce out of a taco And for the records, I also had 2 peices of fruit snacks, a drink of a NF latte, a drink of a Strawberry Frap, and a handful of cocopuffs cereal. Man, ok, there it was... here are the TOTALS: Cals~ 750 Fat~ 43 Carbs~ 40 Protein~ 47 The day was great, the food choices were not so great. Tomorrow is a new day.
