I hope everyone had a good day. I did a little shopping for something purple and black to wear to a purple themed party I'm going to Saturday. Shopping is so fun now!

Sounds like you had a fun day. Today was our first day of school for the students, and my eating schedule got a little off. Here's what I had:
B: 1/2 Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl
S: a few nuts
L: 1 protein bar & few bites of gross tasting South Beach Kung Pao Chicken
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
D: BBQ beef and beans w/ a little cheese
Vitamins: done
Water: 80 oz. so far, more to go
Exercise: nada - HAVE to start back tomorrow!

Hi Kay,
Nope, it's not just your computer. When I tried to get on OH earlier it said that it was under maintainence. I thought I would go through withdrawal..lol
My daughter left to go back home to North Carolina today (she's been home all summer), so I'm pretty down in the dumps. She's a first grade teacher & needs to get her classroom set up.
I haven't felt like eating, and I didn't even go to the gym today. Having a pity party for myself I guess.

D: 2 bites of a ham & cheese burrito--just didn't taste good

L: Mango, grape, pecan chicken salad (~2oz roasted chicken, 5 grapes, a few chunks of mango, 3 sugared pecan halfs, a bit of buttermilk vinagerette)
S: 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt
D: Chicken Mole Verde (~about 2 oz roasted chicken, green mole sauce), had 2 bites of refried beans, and 5 tortilla chips

Hi all,
B: half of a quorn pattie with a slice of american cheese
L: at a restaurant, poached chicken with spinich and lemon caper sauce - about 1/3 of a breast. And a few bites of the grilled red onion and zuccini.
S: 1/2 luna bar, iced oatmeal raisin
D: 1 cup left over chicken salad mixed with peas, onion, carrot, shredded zuccini and a pinch of cheese
S; 1/2 flatbread cracker with 2T cottage cheese
I'll have a protica later to make sure I hit my protein goal. Water, about 3 liters which is 115 oz and all vitamins.

Good evening all. I got my hair done today, and then I went to the mall later on in the evening. Kay, you're right.....shopping is soooo much now. I went to Victoria's Secret to pick up some new undies because the other ones were falling off! The new ones i got are from the "Pink" collection. So cute!!! But here's what I had today:
B- nothing
L-2 oz. tuna salad w/ 5 RF Ritz, Carb & Sugar control yogurt
S- a few pringles, 5 pretzel goldfish, and 2 pcs. almond crunch- i think nuts make me sick! I had the foamies and was dry heaving after I ate those. Nothing would come up! The same thing happened with peanut choc chip qsmart bar. I don't what the hell is up
D- 3 oz. of chicken casaer salad w/ 1 low carb wheat tortilla
S- protein hot choc. and some whipped cream

S - Protein Shake (Protein Delite Alpine Choc made w/skim milk)
L - 1/4 to 1/2 of a baked potato w/lite ranch and bacon
D - The toppings off of 2 small pieces of BBQ pizza (living with kids is HARD sometimes)
S - 1 oz soy crisps
