Revamp of PROTEIN POWER HOUR
So, I orginally I thought I would ask once a week how many "Protien Power Hours" you had that week... Well, I dont even remember how many I had this past week
So, if it is ok with everyone, I think we should denote on our Daily Menu post what meal was our Power Hour.
For example, I would list like normal and then add "*PPH~ #g of protein"
{B: Shake made w/ protein powder, carb countdown milk *PPH~ 31g protein}
That way we can just post daily and also people can get ideas of types of meals that would equal 1/3 of the daily requirements. Also, if you have multiple PPH's you can note that as well.
So, we will try that. Start ASAP if interested in sharing and joining the challenge. And, you don't have to list your days menu if you dont want... you could just list that PPH meal if so inclined (but its great if you do post the days menu
)
For those who don't know, Protein Power Hours are meals eaten with in an hours time that has 1/3 of your personal protein goal for the day.
P.S. If anyone has a better idea, feel free to email me... I just want to have protein accountability and didn't think the old system through.


That sounds like a good idea to me. Either that OR do it like dawn use to do water everyday. Instead of " How much water did you get today" it would be " How much protein did you get today" This is just an idea I'm throwing out there.
Not a lot of people respond to the menu post anymore so if we seperate the post, maybe more would participate in the protein post.
Ok enough of my 2 cents.. Hopefully someone else with throw something out there!
