Hey guys How's everyone enjoying the day? Mine has been ok. I worked for 3 hours this morning, cleaned my house then went grocery shopping. Nothing else exciting to report! My menu~ B~ 8 oz Decaf, 4 oz FF cc milk w/ a scoop of protein L~ 1 Slice of wheat toast w/ ham, cheese and mustard on top S~ SF popsicle D~ Baked chicken leg (no skin) & salad w/ cheese, cucumbers, bacon bits and lite ranch S~ 4 oz FF cc milk w/ 1/2 scoop of protein My totals: Calories~ 545 Fat~ 16 Carbs~ 24 Protein~ 78 Water: 24 oz so far Vitamins: on track Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Enjoy the rest of your evening Kay

I worked from 7:30 to 4:00, went to Walmart, mailed a package off, then came home and watered plants, washed a few dishes, put up Walmart stuff, and am waiting to go pick up my son from practice in a few minutes. Supper will bake while I'm gone. On the menu: B: Protein Iced Mocha Latte L: Taco Soup and 1 protein ball S: Soy chips and LF Ranch dip D: Chicken Cordon Bleu and veggies Vitamins: In Water: 64 oz. so far, more to go Exercise: shopping in Walmart - decided I'm going to have to do it at 5:30 in morning to get it in. I'm too tired and it's too hot outside to do it in the evenings right now. Karla 337/226/150

Got my hair highlighted today and difused into lots of curls now that its layered( I had two feet of hair cut off in late May... i could SIT on my hair then) ...then shopped for groceries (needed more salad stuff)...to the Bulk Food store for sunflower seeds, pecan pieces and some other things, then to the drug store for protein powder and bars and home to find JB and Derek chain sawing down the evergreens around the house because they are building me a verandah around from the front porch , all across the front and all down the north side to the barn! woo hoo!! Hot tea to take my meds B protein shake S none L salad w/ cheese and chicken S none D salad w/ cheese and chicken again S SF popsicle Vitamins, iron, calcium, B12 2 litres of water so far 90 grams of protein Nancy B

B: 1 scoop Nectar Cappuccino mixed w/ 1 C. Cc Choco Milk L: 1/2 power crunch bar, 5 red seedless grapes D: 1/2 C. Turkey (no beans) Chili, 1/2 c. RF Shredded Cheese melted on top S: (Plan to have) 1 Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Icecream bar tonight and 1 C. Cc Choco Milk TOTALS: Cals~ 733 Fat~ 32 Carbs~ 40 Protein~ 75

Always a day late and quite a few dollars short. LOL. B - Half a ham and cheese omelette. Dannon Carb & Sugar control smoothie L - chicken breast and oven roasted potatoes D - Cheese & Ham, all melted together S - Protein shake - Protein Delite Chocolate Alpine mixed with White Choc Strawberry Few cups of coffee throughout the day w/equal and SF Coffeemate French Vanilla (maybe 4 cups total?) Always make my water intake for the day Vitamins are usually done first thing every morning.
