How's everyone doing today? I'm good.
I worked this afternoon for a couple hours, visited a friend and we ended up at thrift stores for a couple hours. Then I came home and made Taco soup. This recipie is always floating around on OH and I finally decided to make it! It's YUMMY and easy to make.
My menu~
B~ 4 oz Blueberry Yougart and 2 strips of turkey bacon
S~ Strawberry protein in a bottle, I added 8 oz water to it.. TY secret pal!
L~ 3 oz Med. boiled shrimp sprinkled w/ garlic and few no cal. butter sprays
D~ 1/2 C. Taco soup
S~ 8 oz Decaf w/ scoop of protein
My Totals:
Calories~ 590
Fat~ 16
Carbs~ 31 .. from the beans
Protein~ 77
Water: 42 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk

B- about a 1/4 cup of cashews
L-2 tacos with shredded pork and pico de gallo
S-another 1/4 cup cashews
D- not sure yet, still fell of nuts
water is lousy today, I need to start sipping, I probably only have about 12 oz in so far.
vitamins before bed.
exercise was also a lousy day, I walked for maybe 20 mins.

Sounds like you had a fun day. I love Taco Soup - just ate some I had frozen yesterday. It's great to freeze in small serving containers and just thaw and heat!

B: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 1/2 scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel Protein powder
S: handful of nuts
L: 1/2 c chipped beef w/ 2 Tbsp. pinto beans, 1 Tbsp. BBQ sauce, and 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese
S: protein ball
D: Low Carb tortilla w/ bean dip and cheese made into quesadilla
